The first sense Gunz came back into contact with was taste. A chalky, smoky taste was in his mouth and lingered in his throat, making a dry cough come from his lungs periodically. His vision was just starting to come back into focus when he heard someone talking.
"Smokey? You good?" Gunz grunted.
"I'm straight my nigga but clearly you ain't cause I'm mothafuckin Smiley!" Smiley snapped, pulling at his chains. He was pissed off. "You knew they was gon try to kidnap us didn't you. We was supposed to have a royal rumble, a good ol Draco fight. You gon surrender to the pussy niggas!"
Gunz let him finish. "I had an idea. When I saw them niggas in that low ass car with the suits and shit, I knew what was up."
"And what the fuck is up? How we gon get out of this shit?"
Gunz looked around. Smiley had a good point. They were tied down to their chairs and two of the tall men were posted in front of the door, staring directly at them. They were in a dining room of sorts, it had a high glass table. The entire room was gold and beige, with a chandelier dangling from the ceiling and shiny wood floors. There was even classical music playing softly.
"This some real SAW type shit. On my balls, if we done got kidnapped by a crazy nigga who like to sew niggas mouths to another nigga asshole, I'ma have diarrhea every day on yo ass! Just for getting me into this bullshit!" Smiley fussed at Gunz, his nostrils flaring.
"Shut up. Damn!"
"Y'all arguing like two bitches thats on their period and only got one pad. Pussy asses," One of the tall men spoke, surprising Smiley. He expected them to have deep, menacing voices. That nigga sounded like Lil Uzi Vert or somebody.
"Sit yo ol' Jordan Von Strangle ass down somewhere. Sounding like the Pillsbury doughboy," Gunz screwed his face up, making Smiley bust out laughing.
"Laugh now, little mothafuckas. When the boss gets here, I'm sure it won't be so humorous," The man smirked.
"The boss?" Smiley looked left and right as if he had lost something. "Nigga I am the boss. Let us go now and I'll consider not beheading yo goofy ass."
"It's Kronus," Gunz stated deeply, making Smiley's eyebrows jump.
"Kronus? Kronus Kronus?" Smiley asked, leaning forward as much as he could.
"Yeah." Gunz shifted uncomfortably.
"Aw fuck no." Smiley shook his head. "See, y'all niggas doing too much now. I can deal with bitches getting kidnapped and shooting niggas, but now you got us tied up by a dead kingpin? I can't be doing this shit. You running my pressure up. When was you gon tell me this nigga was alive! Ain't that ya girl pappy?"
"I wasn't sure. I knew of the rumors surrounding his death, the fact that they never found a body and shit. But shit. I never put too much stock into it because niggas still saying Tupac is alive. Black people never wanna let their superstars die, and Kronus was the definition of a hood superstar. But once I realized a war was coming with not only Diesel but Rojas, I knew I had to start searching for ways to expand. The more well connected I became, the bigger the buzz around Kronus grew. The last concrete thing I heard was he was living somewhere ducked off in a beach town. The fact it happened to be this one is coincidental." Gunz stared at the tall men, who were still smirking.
