Sugar watched Maddy and the boy named Simon, both of them wear close, and from what people said, Maddy was the dominate. But from what sugar saw, it was the other way around. A week ago she came to this hell hole because her boss demanded to know what was going on in this town, and if Ryan Black Paw had anything to do with it, and on her first day here, she found she was not the only one here.

Sugar realized that Maddy always seemed to be injured in some way. People always said he got in fights, but she did not buy it. From what she has seen of Maddy, he may be a cocky son of a bitch, but he was not the dominate type. She needed to talk to talk to Maddy alone, no other students and no Simon.

That day she followed the two boys, they ended up in a house. The two of them wear there for thirty minutes before Simon Omega came out. “I have work tonight so I won’t get much done, but it’s the weekend tomorrow so…” he shrugged, “Be careful okay.”

“I always am,” Maddy smiled sadly at his so called “friend”. Sugar waited till Simon was out of sight before she headed for the door.

A knock came at the door, Maddy thought it might be Red Rock and prayed it was not. He opened it to find Sugar. “Good afternoon,” he greeted “what can I do for you?”

“I came to talk to you, can I come in?”

“I rather you didn’t, let’s go for a walk.” Maddy could not help himself; he wanted to be with her. She did not seem to like the answer but nodded. They both walked along a road heading to the river that was less than a mile behind Maddys house.

“What can I do for you?” he asked again.

“I wanted to talk to you ‘bout Simon.”

“Maddy stopped in his tracks “What do you mean?” he growled and she instinctively she took a step back.

“It’s alright,” she hurried “I just want to ask what your relation to him is?”

“Why?” his voice was still low.

“Look, maybe others don’t notice but I do.”

“Notice what?”

“That you’re submissive.”

Maddy jerked back and everything was quiet for a moment, and then he erupted into laughter doubling over, holding his stomach. “Where… did… you get…” he had to take a deep breath from laughing, “where did you get that idea?” then he started laughing again.

“The way you act around Simon.”

He continued laughing. “Around Simon.” He bent over again and hit his leg.

“Okay stop.”

“Sorry… sorry.”

He took a couple deep breaths before settling down, “are you worried about me?”

“Yes,” she pouted and crossed her arms witch was cute, and he tried not to laugh again. “He’s abusive.”

Maddy sobered.

“Sugar, I’ll tell you this once. Don’t. Ever. Talk. Bad. About. Simon.” She flinched away.

“Simons my best friend, and I’m not a submissive. Everyone in the school knows that.”

“But Simon-”

“Simon is not everybody!” he yells.

“Then who’s the one hurting you?”

Maddy tensed and she got a smug look on her face like she won the argument. “Simon isn’t hurting me,” Maddy growled then stocked off back to the house.
