The next morning, Tae had come to set with a smile on his face. He may not know what was to come out of their impending 'talk' but he had a feeling that it's going to be the end of his frustrated nights. He stalked to the set and saw Copter seating on the side with his phone, together with Bas and Kim. Godt still has yet to come, and so was Tee.
"Heya" Tae greeted the three of them with a smile.
"Good morning, P'Tae" Bas greeted back while Copter stayed curious, giving what looked to be sceptical eyes.
"So what happened last night?" Copter finally asked.
Tae was about to fill in on his curiousty when Bas had cut him off.
"Was something supposed to happen last night?" Bas said as he looked back and forth between Copter and Tae. Right, their Nong was clueless about what had happened on the bar, or lately, for that matter. It wasn't that they were leaving the youngest out of it. It was just better if the least people knew the tension within the 'moons'.
"Nothing, baby Bas. Nothing for your age to know" Kimmon cooed as he ruffled Bas' hair.
"I hate it when you say that!" Bas almost resorted to stomping his feet. "I'm old enough to know things"
Kimmon tried to divert their Nong's attention to somewhere else, giving Copter and Tae the time they needed to have their much needed talk.
"Nothing, really" Tae shrugged. "Took him home and Tee may have said something that may suggest he liked me too"
"Is that so?" Copter uttered, half amused and half frustrated at the two. "I figured you won't be able to get through that guy. He was hella drunk; probably passed out the moment he reached his bed."
Tae wanted to counter. Well, not exactly? It was actually Tee that stopped him from leaving last night but Copter didn't need to know the details of how he may have kissed Tee and how Tee may have mentioned about being jealous of Prae.
"Uh, yeah. Wasn't able to talk to him yet" Tae chose to say.
"Well, you better talk to him right now and tell him your feelings. I swear i'm going to die fast because of you and P'Tee."
Tae laughed.
"We are...we will"
That might have been right. He may not know how much Copter knew about him and Tee but Tae knew Copter had known enough to be the better judge at how idiotic they were for months. Tae cannot believe how long he had been waiting for this.
If Tee felt the same for him, Tae might just as well fetch Tee in his apartment so they can already have that talk. He disciplined himself, though. There's no need to rush. They can have all the time in the world (though they may have wasted a handful of months, still, there's time).
When Tee came, he looked awful. He was massaging his head, evidence of the nauseating hangover he had because of the amount of alcohol he had consumed last night.
Copter eas in the middle of lecturing Tee about his alcohol intake when he saw Tae. His eyes suddenly rounded in shock and had stuttered his words of understanding to Copter. Tee seated himself beside Bas and tried all of his might to not stare back at the burrowing eyes of Tae.
Tae had wanted to drag Tee out right then and there to talk. He wanted to set things out with him as soon as possible.
Tae had no idea if Tee even remembered what had happened the night before. But it wasn't important anymore. What's inportant was how things were going to unfold by the end of the day.
