"He took the bait," Alex said as we followed her into the bedroom. "They found the two bugs and crushed them, thinking those were the only two." Levi was wearing thick, over-the-ear headphones, and took them off, handing them to Dylan first. Dylan listened, his face contorting into one of anger, as I impatiently waited for my turn. As Dylan took off the headphones, I went to grab them and he moved them away.

"You don't need to listen to this," he said, looking angry.

"Yes, I do," I answered stubbornly, snatching it from his hands. I slid them over my ears as Levi pressed 'play'.

Luca's voice came across the recording, "Where Sheridan has failed, you shall succeed."

"I won't let you down, Boss. She deserves it, that bitch," my eyes widened as I recognized the voice to be Lacey. "She stole my love, my job, and nearly my life."

"But I kept you alive, didn't I?" Luca answered. "We lost track of her, but Dean should be getting ahold of her location soon."

"I can't believe you want her alive," Lacey whined. "Can't we just kill her?"

"Not yet, kitten," Luca said, and I cringed at the nickname. I then heard a rustling sound, and low moans slowly came through the microphone. I ripped the headphones off, more disturbed from the sex I was hearing than the 'keeping her alive' part.

"Disgusting," I crinkled my nose as I handed the headphones back.

"Are you even a little worried about what else he said?" Dylan asked, frustrated with my nonchalant attitude.

I shrugged, "There isn't much we can do if that's all that is in the recording."

"They just continue that," Alex rolled her eyes and Levi visibly gagged.

"So, Lacey is alive then," I said and Alex nodded. "That's not something I saw coming."

Dylan's phone then rang and he answered it quickly, before handing it to me. DIRECTOR was the caller ID and I answered accordingly.

"Hello, Director."

"Isa?" Junior's voice came through the phone and I instantly tensed.

"Is there something wrong?"

"No, Miss Sara just said I could call you. When are you coming back?" his little voice sounded so sad, my heart broke slightly.

"I'll be back soon, bud," I answered, walking from the room to get some privacy. "Is there anything I could do to make you feel better?"

He perked up, "Could you tell me a story?"

I sat down on the couch, "Well, what kind of story would you like to hear?"

He stuttered for a second, before whispering, "Could you tell me a love story? Dad always told me action and adventure ones."

I sighed, blowing air from my mouth before resigning, "Okay. Let me tell you the story of a girl who met a spy that she nicknamed the bowtie cutie." I launched into the story, and Junior would laugh or 'aw' at moments, which was a good reminder he was still listening.

"And now the girl and the spy are together, but they can't just focus on their relationship," I said, before Dylan walked from the shadows, making eye-contact with me. My face flushed at his smirk, "So, we don't know how this story ends." Dylan collapsed on the couch next to me, nestling his head into the crook of my neck.

"But, don't they live happily ever after?" Junior whined on the other end of the phone.

"Yeah," Dylan's breath fanned over my neck, "Don't they live happily ever after?"

"We don't know yet," I repeated into the phone, my heart beating faster. "You will just have to wait and see."

"Fine," Junior said, pouting. "Miss Sara says it's time for me to go to bed. Love you, Isa!"

"I love you too, bud," I answered, my chest clenching again before I ended the phone call.

Dylan hummed, "I like bowtie cutie so much better than hungry hippo."

"That story wasn't about you," I scoffed, and he chuckled before placing light kisses against my skin.

"Sure it wasn't," he pulled me into his lap and I straddled him, rolling my eyes. I shifted on his lap and he groaned, closing his eyes. I smirked, but didn't do it again. I ran my hands up his shoulders and tangle them into his hair. I ran my hands through it as he sighed, his shoulders relaxing. His eyes stayed closed as he asked, "So, do they live happily ever after?"

Instead of answering, I leaned in, initiating our kiss. He sighed against my lips again, his hands gripping my hips, pulling me closer to his chest.

"I think they're going to do what Luca and Lacey were doing in the other room," Vanessa whispered loudly, and I broke our kiss, pulling away quickly. I tried to get off of Dylan, but his grip just tightened on my hips. I twisted and saw the five spies standing in the door and snickering.

"We were not," I crossed my arms stubbornly, which was difficult with how close Dylan and I were."

"They were about to," Alex smirked and Flower giggled.

"So, what's the plan?" Dylan asked, and he allowed me to twist on his lap, but wouldn't let me off. Everyone sat down and Boone began outlining the plan.

"After they finished having sex," Boone said candidly, "they mentioned a casino called the Whitewater. The Three Princes have been using Whitewater as one of their smuggling fronts."

"What is it that they smuggle?" Flower asked, looking confused.

"Art objects, drugs, pretty much whatever they can get their hands on," Levi supplied. "They're known for being the best of the best, so a lot of black marketers like to use them for transportation—that is if they can meet the massive transportation fee."

I shook my head, "What is it that they need me alive for?"

Levi shrugged, "No idea."

"Nothing good," Dylan mumbled into my ear.

"Well," Alex began, her gaze focused downward, and they all looked at her in warning.

"Rule number eight, don't say anything until you have all the facts. I thought we decided we weren't going to tell her," Vanessa hissed through her teeth.

I sat up straighter, "Tell me."

"Luca said something about Donahues," Alex said and I cocked my head.

"Why is that special? I'm a Donahue."

"No, Donahues," she emphasized and winced at my hopeful expression.

"As in my parents?"
