Ryan and I end our 'date' with a trip to the arcade in the mall. I immediately head over to the race car driving. It was my favourite thing in the whole entire arcade and I'd say I was pretty good, considering I didn't have my license yet. Even Ryan was losing to me and he is licensed.

"Damn, where did you get to be so good at this?" he asks focused on the game.

"Practice makes percect. Took awhile to be able to do this."

"You're beating me by a long shot and I have my damn license!" Ryan replies crashing into a cement railing. I laugh and smile as one hundred tickets flow out of the machine. Ryan only gets ten. "You suck," he says teasingly.

We finally drive home and get a tazo tea from starbucks along the way. We sit in the car for a moment and then Ryan turns to me, grabs my small face in his hands and kisses me softly but passionately. I take my hand and place it behind his neck, while running the other hand through his hair. He smelled like axe and mint. The best scent I could ever smell.

We pull away a minute later and stare at each other.

"That was the best date I had in awhile," I admit grabbing Ryan's hand and interlacing it with mine.

"Me too. I love you."

"Love you more," I answer while giggling.

"I love you the most," Ryan says while tickling my stomach. I laugh and startvto cry because I'm laughing so much. Ryan ends the tickling with a peck on the cheek.

" Well, I better go. I'll see you later, Ry," I wave and blow him a kiss.

He gives that goofy smirk that he does and he waves back pulling out of my driveway.

It was a perfect day.

I wake up with a missed call from Sarah. I call her back as soon as I can. I havent heard from her in over three weeks!

"Adelynn! We need to chill. Wanna go to the mall?" she asks with her hyper, bubbly voice. I laugh and agree. I taje a quick shower, lathering my hair with my vanilla scented shampoo and conditioner.  Then I wash myself with my piña colada scented body wash that Ryan gave to me.

I then pick out my outfit. I choose a black bra and underwear set from la senza along with a light blue skater skirt and a floral tank top. I grab my cross body purse to go and some ray bands aviators.

"Mom, I'm going to the mall with Sarah!"

"Alright!" she replies probably reading the morning newspaper.

"Forever 21?" Sarah asks. I nod and  we walk in.

I spot these pretty pair of shorts in particular. They are a redish color with pineapples all over them. I decide that I need a top to go with it, so I buy a white crocheted crop top. I also buy a rainbow tie die bandeau to pair with it.

Sarah buys a nice pink sun dress and a new pair of high waisted shorts. I missed shopping with Sarah. She always knew what to do in tough situations.

"I love your clothes that you bought," Sarah says eyeing my bag.

" I love that dress that you bought. It's a nice color," I reply.

"So, how are things..in general?" Sarah questions taking a bite of her goji's.

"Great. I'm still shaken up a bit," I answer honestly.

"It must be tough."

"Yeah. It's just not right. I hate the fact that I was pretty much being stalked by some guy thats a couple years older than I am," I rant.

"Anyways, you excited for Luke Bryan?" Sarah asks me changing the subject

"Totally. I can't wait!" I answer taking a bite of my frozen yogurt from goji's.

For the rest of the day, we shop, eat, talk and catch up with each other. It felt good knowing that I could still rely on Sarah and that she didn't ditch me. These were the good times.
