"Ah thanks, wait? Hamie?!"

Mari squeals and I swear he jumps ten feet in the air as he runs into the room.

"You're my roommate! This is amazing! I can already tell we'll get along just fine!"

He giggles and reaches out his hand. I go to shake it playfully.

"I'm Prince Marius Nozomi Grayson at your service. Fancy meeting you here,"

He giggles. I thought this whole time his name was just Mari, not short for something fancy like Prince Marius.

"Wait you're a prince?!"

I suddenly realized what he said as my mouth drops. he just giggles. "Ah, yeah but it's just a title. Don't worry about it."

He waves it off like it's nothing and places his suitcase down on the floor then tosses his backpack onto the bed closest to the french door.

"So we have one more roommate huh? Or wait, here I read something about them being flatmates," He says to himself as he ruffles his hair. His phone rings and he looks down at it then quickly answers it.

 "Ah! Logan! I just...yeah..."

His smile fades and he looks down at his small hands. Gently poking his finger through a hole in his jeans.

"I miss you."

he says softly and looks out the window to the quad below us.

 "I know you don't miss me but...yeah. I know."

He pulls the phone away from his face and looks at me. We both turn to look at the last empty bed.

"It's a shame they don't tell us who it is beforehand." he goes back to his suitcase and starts unpacking.

"I know right. He could be anyone..."

Just then the door opens, slamming against my desk which causes Mari and I jump

Just then the door opens, slamming against my desk which causes Mari and I jump.

Our last roommate stands in the doorway.

He's wearing black sunglasses that we could see our reflection in, short chestnut colored hair, a black leather jacket with dark ripped jeans.

He lifts his sunglasses to reveal his bright hazel eyes and Marius squeals.

 "FINLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYY!!!!"

He cries out and Finley looks around ignoring him.

"I think I walked into the wrong room. Is this 200?"

He looks at me while Mari rushes over two beds to hug him. Finley holds Marius back while I confirm his suspicions with a nod.

"Shit, I want a room change." He groans and Mari hunches over and pouts while slapping his shoulder.

"What do you mean you want a room change! What are the chances of you being placed with your cousin!" Mari yells in Finley's ear and he winces.

"Apparently too god damn high for my liking!" Finley yells back.

"Finley! Why are you so mean to me? Why do you hate me! What did I ever do to you?!" Mari asks as he stops trying to hug Finley and pouts.

"Your pure happiness causes me pure anguish. Leave me alone unless you want to add to my suffering of just being in the same room as you."

He says and Mari goes back to his bed, clearly hurt. Finley then turns to me.

"Ah, right I'm Finley Oliver Grayson. Pleasure meeting you."

he waves a little and I introduce myself,

"I'm Jamie Caspian. Nice to meet you too. Mari, you didn't tell me he had family going here?" I shake his hand and he rolls his eyes.

"That's because I didn't know he was going here!" Mari yells and continues pouting with his arms crossed.

"Trust me if I knew he was going here I wouldn't be here. You can just call me Fin by the way. And forget the fact that Marius and I are related. It's embarrassing, to be honest."

Finley winks and drags his suitcase in while Mari looks at him with his mouth open.

"I wish we weren't related at all! I'm nothing like this...this...selfish meanie!"

Mari groans as he lays against the wall.

"Look at you, so fucking pure and innocent you can't even bring yourself to swear at me. I can't deal with this guy." He says and Mari sticks his tongue out.

"I honestly wanna take your innocence and tear it to shreds so you can act like a normal god damn human being. Don't let it deceive you, Jamie. Not all of us Grayson's are like that, just him."

He points as he starts unpacking.

He pronounces my name with an actual J and I wonder why he can and Mari can't.
