"Love is love. Be it agape, pragma, eros, or anything, it's just human feelings we are talking about."

Note: This chapter is just a flashback of two scenes before the incident.

"Sometimes I wonder what is going on inside the Weirdie Stars' minds," You pointed out your wonders as you fixed the bandana on your head looking at the mirror. The Art Club leader, Christy, was sitting comfortably on the empty waterproof ceramic space on the sink, hands folded.

"Huh?" The senior turned her head to you, "What do you mean?"

"They always seem so perfect," You finished fixing the bandana, "Their looks are attractive and goals and all and they always wear branded clothes. I believe they're all wealthy people with so many undiscovered mysteries if you ask others. I think that, the more I try to get into their world, the more I am lost in the trails and stories of their minds and the more I feel left out.

"I'm not like them, aren't I? I know that I am different but it can't be helped, they're too covered in hidden feelings. It's like there's an invisible cage around them that keeps them safe from getting their minds discovered by other people, as if they're planning world destruction. I still don't know so much about them and I doubt I will be part of them. I believe that they're not just a group of fun, not just friends in general, but instead maybe some kind of secret agents out on a misson, and that mission involves me, so they invited me to the groupchat and thus I became a member. These are just my feelings, though."

"It's not wrong to suspect and to feel things," Christy answered, "But you have to remember that Kevin had waited for a very long time for you to remember your true self, your past, and his role in your life. He is your brother, so don't suspect him too much. I have a brother and I trust him. Make your brother your role-model. Whatever he or the squad does, remember that they're adults and they do certain actions for the best and to guarantee your safety.

"The Weirdie Stars, as much as I can say, are just a group. Six graduated adults, three freshmen in college, and two highschool students. That's all that to put it there. Look, they don't have such mysterious and hidden informations about the squad and talk freely in the groupchat, so you have to feel the bond they have or the better, you deepen the bond by connecting their feelings to one another if they're having a hard time communicating and telling others about their worries and burdens or being able to feel their emotions, a.k.a empathy. My brother has so much thoughts and wonders that he doesn't and probably won't tell me, but I can see it in his eyes the emotion he's feeling. Sir Carrick would say, 'Empath is me, I am empath'. You have to have strong senses to be empathic, but nonetheless, you're a member and that means you are related to them, so be thankful, because not everyone can be invited to the squad."

"I know," You pursued your lips, looking down, "But, still... I'm worried that they have another plans that they are hiding from me. It's troubling me just by thinking about it."

Christy, instead just smirked and turned her head not to look at your figure anymore, whispering lowly to herself that you couldn't even hear,

"They could be."

Nathaniel's phone rang just when he sat down on his preferred seat, showing "Matthew Johnson" as the caller. He picked it up without worrying because his preferred seat is the one in the most right corner of the long table that beside him is a wall so he leaned onto it.
