I went and sat on the grass with my head down so that the hair that had slipped out of its ponytail would hang over my face. Perhaps I should give myself some bangs too. I watched from behind my hair as everyone else finished the run. Most people collapsed but Dash and few others that I recognised as Jocks didn't. They had yet to realise my presence. With a deep breath in and out, I allowed myself to fall back and lay on the damp grass. Clockwork had sent me here for a reason. A reason that he had refrained from revealing to me. So, I would investigate everyone in the school. Perhaps there was a student who had gotten themselves in trouble? Honestly, I just wish I could stop fretting over it. Not only that; would Sam and Tucker recognise me? They knew me better that anyone, so I'd have to try very hard to act around them.

Lunch time. My favourite time of day. I can't really eat human food, it serves as nothing but a nice taste in my mouth. However, it's at that time of day when I get to finally release my form. It's so tiring to hold onto 'Olly Winterson'. So, at lunch, I become Danny Phantom once more. I also have the brilliant opportunity to put a drop of purified ectoplasm into my water bottle. Once it is mixed in it acts as a mild energy source for the rest of the day - if I get tired then a sip of water and I can become all lively again. The only issue is when I have to go to the cafeteria anyway. I often find that my usual hiding places have people in and so I have to go to the dinning hall and just wait for dinner to end. It serves as an ample opportunity to watch for suspicious activity but the loud noise levels in the room are terrifying. I wanted to gain the image of loner but sometimes I'm not acting. Staying in the corner away from everyone is as close to refuge as I can get.
