Grace's POV
The male alpha was collecting food for us. Mom was feeding the pups
I was alone like usual. Ching and uncle were out hunting with The alpha and I lay there alone as Ori crawled to me eyes closed
He whimpered and snuggled against me. I pet him and fell asleep.
A few hours later
I heard a howl....the alphas
I yawned "Alpha..." I mumbled as he looked at me. His fur was stained with blood
(Grace can speak to wolves)
"Young one I brought food" he growled
"Okay..." I mumbled
"Get up and eat it" he demanded as Ori tried to drag me
"Ori stop that hurts!" I walked as his teeth dig into my leg while he dragged me
He let go "your not are not strong enough"
"Ugh I'm not hungry" I said laying back down
"Eat! Now! We are leaving soon" the female alpha said
IN TOWN IN THE POV OF A VILLAGER
"Mr Konision, please come to the town now" I said through the walky talkie
The static sound went off "coming"
"9/8, 5/10 needs you at the moment" said someone
"Affirmative" I responded walking to the town hall
"Welcome Kylie." The officer said
"Hello. What is it you need?"
"Yes. We are here to speak about your daughter, Grace"
I stood in silence. I was a terrible mother...the worst one. I made her run away....
"I understand but you must see her and find her. You will be taken to court and we will find the child otherwise" he said
"I cannot find her I am sorry." I responded
"Okay then may the lord leave peace to you" he said pushing me out the door
Officer POV
Kylie must find her daughter. I will help her but I will captivate her and make her search for the now teenager girl. If she has survived, we will take her into the town orphanage but if not, Kylie will be sentenced to death for leaving her child alone
"8/14 to 6/55 speak" I said through the built in microphone
"6/55 here."
"Come now"
"Yes"
Jayden, another officer is coming and we will start the search and Kylie's coming no matter what
Grace's POV
We were on a trip. I had to be like them otherwise the humans wouldn't accept me. I'm nervous. The alphas are making me go to society. I cannot leave them. They raised me much better than my own mother. I was 3. I am now 14. It has been 11 years without society. With my new family. That I will have to leave.
We made it to the town. Humans were gathering the entrance as I stood to face them. A woman looked at me with fear. I know the sign. A man looked at me proudly but scared.
"G-grace....I'm sorry" The woman spoke
"Mom......" I whispered as alpha rubbed against me
"I hope you may forgive me"
