C9 (First Day and an Angel *Part 2*)

Hello guys!! It was two weeks ago since I updated. Preparing na kami for in-campus teaching kaya sobrang busy na talaga. Samahan pa ng thesis at mga academic requirements. Graduation is almost at grasp! Ang hirap talaga pero kaya naman! Kaya guys, please understand pero alam kong understanding naman kayo. That's why you are all awesome!!

There are angels on this earth. Believe me. I just saw one.

"We are in the same class actually pero mukhang hindi niyo kami napansin kanina", sabi ni Vanessa habang mahinhin na nakalagay ang mga kamay sa mesa. Her soft and surreal  features are like from the linage of the Royals. Paanong hindi ko napansin ang isang anghel na katulad niya kanina? She's to cute not to be noticed. Dang you Collin!

"Notice you? And why would we waste our ti----", pinutol ko si Lia sa sasabihin niya.

"We're sorry. Naninibago pa kasi kami sa lugar kaya siguro hindi namin kayo napansin. Saka medyo kabado kami kanina. We hope you understand", I smiled. Galingan mo Collin! Anghel yang nasa harap mo!

Tinitigan ako ng matalas ni Lia dahil sa pagputol ko sa sinabi niya. I avoid her gaze then decided to pin my eyes to Vanessa. Ano ba problema niya?

Vanessa then smiled which made my heart beats fast. Did Cupid just struck me with his arrows? Compose yourself Collin! Kalma lang!

"Don't worry. Its no big deal. We can't expect you to immediately notice us. You're newbies after all.", sabi ni Alex sabay inom ng Soda-in-can na dala niya. She really acts slightly boyish.

"So why are you two here?", malamig na tanong ni Lia habang nakatitig sa kanila. Napatingin din kami kayna Vanessa. Oo nga. Sa dami ng mga estudyante sa cafeteria ngayon, bakit sa amin sila gustong makipagkilala?

"I am the President of the Class and Alex right here is my secretary. We just want to know you more and---"

"---and probably make friends with us", sumandal sa chair si Lia habang naka-cross arm at naka-taas ang isang kilay. Now its her turn to do the cut-the-phrase game. Seriously. What's with her? Subukan mo kaya Lia na patapusin muna yung tao. Hanep! Nga pala, ganun din pala ako kanina. Haha

Vanessa looked at Lia with a hint of uneasiness. Nararamdaman na niya siguro na parang pinagtatabuyan siya nito.

"Yes. We hope to befriend you guys. But if you don't want, its fine. Then we will be on our wa---", pinutol ko ang sasabihin ni Vanessa.

"Its fine! Apat pa lang kaming magkakaibigan dito. It will be good to add two more, right guys?", pagtatanong ko kayna Jason, Lia at Finn.

"Yes","No", sabay na sambit nina Lia at Jason. Si Finn, hindi alam kung ano ang isasagot o baka ayaw niyang makisaw-saw sa argumento.

"And by the way, I am not your friend", pagka-clarify ni Lia in a matter-of-fact tone.

"Whooo! Wag ka nga diyan Lia. Apat na taon na tayong magkakasama sa previous school natin di guh?", pambabara ni Jason.
