{Song that describes your relationship. An: that was just too long of a title in my opinion}
Jonah Marais:
May I, Trading Yesterday.
You knocked on the door of the Why Don't We house, hanging on by a thread. Sobs escaped your lips as Zach opened the door. He pulled you inside immediately. "Y/N, what's wrong?" he asked worriedly.
"J-J-Jonah," you sobbed. Zach nodded.
"Jonah, get your butt down here!" he screamed. All the boys flocked to the door as Jonah engulfed you in a tight hug. He was your best friend, helping you deal with the grief when both your parents died in a car collision and you needed him again.
"Sh, what's wrong?" he whispered in your ear.
"He's gone! He overdosed on drugs!" you wailed, crying into his shirt. Your brother just died, your last living relative, that you talked to at least. Jonah picked you up, bringing you to his room. Jack followed, but Daniel pulled him back, shaking his head. Jonah closed and locked the door to his room.
"I'm sorry, I'd take the pain away if I could. Let me love you, Y/N. Let me protect you. I'd never leave you. I'll be your rock and shield, I'll love you better than anyone else can or ever will," he murmured.
"Okay," you sniffled, now exhausted from all the emotional weight. Jonah smiled, kissing your forehead.
Daniel Seavey:
One Call Away, Charlie Puth.
Your boyfriend of seven months, cheated on you with your best friend, now your ex-best friend. He dumped you and kicked you out of the apartment you shared. That's how you found yourself staying with your cousin. Daniel called you like he did everyday just to see how you were doing, since you two go way back. "Hey Y/N!" He cheerfully greeted.
"Hi," you dully answered.
"Uh oh, what happened?" he asked.
"I'm single and homeless right now, but I'm staying with my cousin. I can't believe him. He cheated on me with Lena!" you cried as your cousin brought you a bag of chocolate with a sad expression on her face.
"I'm gonna find him and punch his fricking face in!" Daniel seethed. "You deserve to be treated like gold. Can I come over? We'll go out and you can shop till you drop, or I drop, either way."
"Danny, how do you make everything better?" you chuckled, wiping your cheeks.
"Didn't you know? I'm Superman," he laughed.
"Whatever dork, ready when you are," you hung up, feeling way better than you did earlier.
Corbyn Besson:
Check Yes Juliet, We The Kings.
To say your parents didn't like Corbyn was a major understatement. They hated him, because he wasn't wealthy like they wanted. He made more than enough to get by, but it still wasn't enough. That didn't stop either of you. You didn't need your parents to decide who to date. You waited, anxiously glancing at the clock. 2:34, he should be here soon. Suddenly, a rock flew at your window, making you jump. You opened up and smiled. Corbyn waved from below. Your parents knew you were moving out, but they didn't know it was with Corbyn. You slipped out of the window and down to the lower balcony, landing safely in his arms. "I love you so much," you murmured.
"C'mon, before they find out and bash our relationship even more. I'm really glad you did this, I love you," he whispered, setting you and taking your hand.
"I'm really glad I found you," you replied, leaning against him.
"Trust me, I'm lucky you chose me," he grinned, wrapping an arm around your shoulder. "You know they'll tear us apart if we give them the chance right?"
"That won't stop us..." you trailed off.
"Absolutely not."
Jack Avery:
No Fear, DeJ Loaf.
Jack tore his gaze away from the window of the car to look at you. You were driving, one hand on the wheel, whistling a simple tune. (Fun fact: I can't whistle) You saw him staring and extended your hand, which he gladly grabbed. "Penny for your thoughts?" you asked. Jack opened his mouth to speak, but closed it again and shook his head. "C'mon, what's bothering you?"
"I'm sorry, I'm so busy. I feel like I don't give you enough attention or dates or stuff that other people do. I'm sorry we have to go out at 11 at night for a quick date. It's just my life is so crazy, I'd make time for you if I could. And I'm scared, scared that you'll find someone better, who has time for proper dates and all that jazz..." he blurted. You smiled, slowing down for a red light.
"Jack, I love driving at night, it's not a big deal, plus, at least we get these little night dates. And I get enough attention, don't worry. I don't need what other relationships have. I love what we have, it's just our style. As long as you're right next to me, everything feels right. No gossip is gonna break us. We on something different," you replied. He rolled his eyes at the pun. "I'm sorry, it's just so easy," you chuckled, driving forwards when the light turned green.
"You're really not upset or annoyed?" he asked. You shook your head.
"We can do this Jack, it's gonna work out in the end. Don't be scared, trust me, okay?" you rubbed circles into his hand. All of Jack's worries vanished in that moment. He fell even more in love with you, which he though wasn't possible.
"Let's go get some ice cream," you smiled as you parked the car.
Zach Herron:
Halo, Beyonce.
You were in the darkest spot you've ever been in your life. Grades were slipping, friends were turning on you, parents argued and compared you to your siblings, who were pretty successful in their career. You didn't feel good enough, in fact, you felt utterly self destructive. Everything was pushing you to the breaking point. Everything was fine when you locked up your emotions. But Zach fought through the barriers, breaking down the walls you put up. You turned to look at him, sitting in the cool sand of the beach, watching the sun go down. He caught you staring and smiled. "What's up?" he reached for your hand.
"Sometimes I swear I can see your halo," you sighed. "Thanks for helping me get away, it was becoming too much."
"No problem, it's a win-win. I get to spend time with you and you get to chill with me," he winked.
"Whatever Zach," you laughed. "Thanks for all you do for me, without you... I don't know where'd I be." Zach's playful expression evaporated, compassion and love now written all over his face.
"Hey... I'm always here for you, no matter what. Day or night," he promised, opening his arms for you to crawl into. You settled in his lap, feeling completely surrounded by his love for you. "I love you Princess," he murmured, lips grazing your head.
"Love you too."
