Jughead spent at least another two days in the hospital before leaving. When back to his trailer he was surprised to see Betty there and before Jug could even say a word Betty gave him a huge hug and kiss. "Ow!" Jughead exclaimed as he stumbled back onto the floor. "You don't know how strong you are do you Cooper." He laughed trying to forget the pain he had just felt. "Why are you here exactly Betty, its not like i'm complaining or anything but why?" "Because i'm wondering if you would like to go on a date at Pops?"
"Sure but im not really that hungry."
"At least try Jughead."
"Fine, anything for you." Jughead said as he kissed Betty gently on cheek.
Moments later they were sat in a booth at Pop's Betty had ordered food for Jughead but he had not yet eaten anything and she was growing increasingly worried about him. "Jug." She said quietly "You have to eat something even if its the smallest bite i just want you to eat something." Jughead wanted to get better but he didn't want to eat even though the truth was that he was starving, he just couldn't bring himself to do it. "Im sorry Betty i can't." Jughead said in an almost whisper. "Yes you can Juggie." She smiled back at him whilst rubbing her hand up and down his back to comfort him.
Jughead finally ate a bite of his burger although it might of been that big of a deal it was for him and Betty as it was a crucial part of his recovery. "Yaaay Juggie." Betty cheered after his first bite. "You don't have to do that whenever i eat something Betts."
"Yeah but i don't want you to think that you are not doing a good job because you are."
"Fair enough just don't do that all the time. Deal?"
"Deal." Betty replied as they sealed the deal with a loving kiss.
Jughead managed to eat nearly half of his burger and a few of his fries which was good but Jughead still had questions to ask Betty. As they walked back to Betty's house Jug asked nervously. "Betty, what if i relapse what if i start becoming anorexic again will you still love me?"
"Why would you think that Jug, i'll love you forever and always and you won't relapse because i will be here every step of the way and help you stay on track. And if you do all it means that it will take longer for you to recover thats all." Betty reassured him.
"Thanks Betty. See you tommorow." He said as they arrived at Betty's house. "Goodnight Romeo."
《*~°•°~ 3 months later ~°•°~*》
Jughead woke up for school feeling happy and refreshed he had a great nights sleep. He got dressed into his shirt and hoodie that finally fit him again. He grabbed breakfast from the kitchen and then left on his way to school moments later.
As he walked to school whilst biting down into an apple Jughead couldn't help but think how much better he got in what felt like such short time. Even though he did relapse he still recovered and got back to a healthy weight again. If Betty wasn't there to help him who knows what could of happened. But he didn't think about the but's and what if's he was just grateful for Betty's help with his recovery.
He was greeted at the front gates by Betty and Archie. "Hey Jug." Archie said. "Wow you look so much better now."
"Yeah i know, its weird fitting back into my old clothes again. But Betty helped me out a lot, she made this possible." The bell then rang signalling everyone to get to class but before Betty could move a muscle Jughead bought her into a huge hug. "Whats this for Jug?" She asked.
"For everything." Jughead said before kissing her passionately on the lips.
AAAAWW they all lived happily ever after the end. I loved writing this so much. And just know that if you have an eating disorder like anorexia, bulimia nervosa, or binge eating disorder it is okay to ask and to get help. And just because you have an eating disorder it does not class you as being a freak or a weirdo. But if you are in a bad state of an eating disorder you should tell your family and get help from your doctor.
