Betty and Jughead where stood waiting by the bus stop, hand in hand. Jughead was going to Toledo for a week to see his mom and Jellybean again. Betty said it was great that Jug got to see his mom and sister again, but she also felt sad that he had to leave her. It wasn't too long, but any time spent away from her boyfriend felt like months for her.
"Betts, are you feeling okay?" Jughead asked breaking the silence. "Yeah, I'm okay. I'm just sad that you're leaving. And don't get me wrong, I'm super happy for you Jug. I'm just going to miss you whilst you're gone."
"Betts, it'll only be a week. I'll be back before you know it." Jughead reassured her. "I know Juggie, but it won't stop me from missing you. Especially when my mom is having one of rants at me." She laughed unhumerously. Jughead turned to face her, placing his hands on her shoulder. "Listen Betty, i know it might be tough but you can still text me, or call me or hell we can even skype. If you ever get upset just talk to me okay?"
"Okay." She said in a whisper, trying to not let the tears fall.
Before she could even acknowledge what happened next Jughead gave her a soft kiss. So tender and loving to calm her frayed nerves. They embraced in a tight hug until the bus arrived, reluctantly breaking apart.
"Bye Juliet, I love you."
"Bye Romeo...." Her tears now falling freely as the bus started to drive off.
"I love you too."
Aaaaahh so I've been dead for billions of years. But im back because season 3 has revived my need to write something although i don't think it will be as often as i like. Anyways part two will be out soon. If you enjoy please comment and vote it makes my day!💖
