Ninja and girl

Unexpected surprise.

Lloyd's pov.

It was Khloe Brown who saved my life. The new girl. How did she know what to do?
"Thanks for saving me. I deeply appreciate it." I croaked out. She smiled.
"You're welcome, Green ninja. It was my pleasure." She said. She doesn't know that I'm Lloyd. I have to show her who I am. I sat up and took off my hood.

Khloe's pov.

"LLOYD?!" I cried out in surprise. He almost got killed. But he's the green ninja?! I can't believe it! This is quite a day for me. Not only did I get into a fight on my first day of school, but my new best friend is the green ninja?!
"You nearly got killed!" I shouted.
He winced. "No need to shout Khloe. I'm okay. Thanks to you." He said with a smile. I sat next to him. "Why didn't you tell me the first time?" I asked. He sighed. "I was afraid you wouldn't believe me, and then think I'm a loser like the rest of the school." He admitted. I grabbed his hand. He looked at me. "I would never think that about you. Ever. That would be so wrong of me to do that." I told him.  "Really?"
"I'm not lying."
Without a word, he leaned over and kissed me. He hand stroked the back of my head. He pulled away.
"Look. I know we just met, bu..."
I silenced him by kissing him. He kissed me back. He licked my bottom lip asking for permission to enter. I complied. His tongue searched my mouth and pretty soon we were battling for dominance. He wrapped his arms around me and laid me on my back. He let go of my mouth and trailed small kisses down my face.
"Khloe, will you please be my girlfriend? I love you. And I won't let anyone hurt you. I promise." He asked. I nodded my head quickly. "Yeah. I will." I answered.

A few hours later.....

Lloyd had to go back. But he told me he'll be waiting for me at school. And I told him that was convincing. He smiled and went on home.
My mom came home a few minutes later and asked me how my first day of school was. I told her that it was great, and that I couldn't wait to go back the next day.
She was happy. And I loved seeing my mom happy. It made me feel good inside to know my mom was in a great mood.

It was time for me to go to bed. I crawled underneath the blanket and thought of Lloyd before I fell asleep.
I love him. I do.

I really do.
