Ninja and girl

To the rescue.

Khloe's pov.

Alice started singing the school theme song. But instead of saying the name of the mascot, she says ninjas.

'We are ninjas, we are proud. We are ninjas, say it loud!'

Well, we're not ninjas. But our boyfriends are. I chuckled. "What's funny?" Alice asked me. That made me laugh harder.
"I'm laughing at the way you redid the school song!" I told her. She just smiled and stuck out her tongue. She then looked up and frowned. I looked up. We were here.

We were at Garmadon's base.

I sighed, and looked at Alice. "This is for Lloyd and Kai. We're going to get to them. Are you going to stand with me, or are you going to stray?" I asked her.
"I'm going to stay. For Kai, for Lloyd, and for you." She assured. I nodded. "Then let's go." I ordered.

We were inside. I was slightly terrified. Alice was scared too. But we couldn't turn back. Lloyd and Kai needed us, and we had to save them. They would do the same thing for us. "Come on, Alice. We don't have much time." I told her.
We walked for half an hour. We hid everytime we heard guards coming. "We're really exposed here, Khloe." Alice whispered. She was right. We could get caught anytime. We needed to run. But that was an even bigger chance that we would.
This is something hard.

Lloyd's pov.

I woke up to Kai sleeping on my shoulder. His mouth was busted, and bleeding. I had to make sure he was okay. "Kai. Wake up sleepy head."
He stirred and opened his eyes.
"Come on, buddy. Let me see your teeth." I ordered. He opened his mouth. I checked his teeth. I found four that were loose. I hugged him. Poor Kai. I wished I didn't black out so I could've helped him. The guy wasn't in here, and I was glad. There was a noise by the door.
"Where could they be, Khloe?"
"I don't know, Alice."
Khloe?! Alice?! Is it really them? Are they really here?!
"Khloe!" I called. There was a brief silence.
"Lloyd!" She called back. The door opened, and there stood Khloe and Alice. It was them! They were here! Khloe grabbed me and nearly squeezed me to death. Alice kissed Kai on the head, then gently on his mouth. He smiled. Wow. I haven't seen him smile in a while.
"Come on. We have to get out of here. Now." Khloe said. She helped me up and Alice helped Kai. We walked out of the horrible room. We were out of there. And we weren't coming back.

We walked for half an hour. We were almost out of the base. I don't think my father knew about me and Kai getting kidnapped and tortured. But still, we were out of there.
"Come on. We're almost there." Khloe said. We heard something coming towards us, so we hid behind a pillar. It was the guy who tortured us. He was going back to the room that he tortured us in. He's gonna be in for a surprise. Kai wanted to go after him, but Alice grabbed his arm and told him that it wasn't worth it because we were almost out of there. I knew how he felt. But Alice was right. It wasn't worth it.
We made it to the door. Oh thank goodness! We're free! Kai breathed in relief. When we finally made it outside, Kai collapsed on the ground, holding his torso. He was still a little sore, and the walking made him feel tired. Alice helped him up, and supported him. We got on the boat and headed back home.
