Home and alone

After school was over, I walked home. I didn't want to ride the bus because of the meanies on it. My mom is a doctor so she's probably at work. I don't have any siblings. But I'm not afraid to be by myself.
I got to my house and sure enough; I was home alone. There was a note on the table with some money by it.
'Sorry Khloe. I'm going to be working late tonight. Here's some money for you to order a pizza or Chinese. I love you. Mom.' I sighed. I hate it when she works late. It makes it to where she's tired and not able to do what she wants. Oh well. It's not going to make her quit.

So I walked upstairs into my room and laid down on my bed. There wasn't anything to do so I just took a short little nap. When I woke up, I was completely famished. I walked downstairs and ordered a large cheese pizza. When the delivery man came I paid him and took the pizza in the kitchen and ate a few slices. I haven't had pizza in a while. It tasted so delicious. It brought back memories of me and my mom going out to the pizza place and having a good time. I miss all that. It made me so happy.

After I was done eating, I sat on the couch and turned the to the news.
"Once again. Lord Garmadon is attacking Ninjago. But there is a new twist. He's brought a few others. Skales and Pythor. Watch out everyone. And wait for the ninjas to save the city once again." The newscaster announced. I ran into the kitchen and grabbed a frying pan off the stove and ran upstairs to my room. I locked my door and hid underneath my bed. I turned my radio on low and listened to the news again.
"We just got word that the green ninja has been bitten by Pythor. And it doesn't look like he's doing good." The newscaster said.
"Yes. It looks like he isn't going to be able to make it. Wait! He's climbing up a building and Pythor is following him! This is not good at all!" Another newscaster shouted.

There was a sudden noise on my window, and it opened. Shoot! I forgot to lock it! But when the window opened, the green ninja was hanging out the pane.

Lloyd's pov.

My leg was hurting! No, it was burning! Pythor bit me! His painful venom was spreading from my leg, to my stomach. I stared into the room that I opened the window to and started to crawl in.
Suddenly something wrapped around my body. I swiftly turned my head. Pythor. "Ssstupid ninja. Thinking you can defeat me. Now you will perish!" He hissed. He grabbed my head and pulled it back to reveal my throat. I closed my eyes tightly and waited for the pain. But instead of pain, I heard a clang and opened my eyes. Pythor was looking inside the window. There was a girl with a frying pan. Pythor let go of me and went towards the girl. But before he could touch her, the girl smacked him with the pan and sent him flying off the pane.
She grabbed my arms and pulled me up into her room. Before I could look at her, I blacked out.

I opened my eyes to find myself in a bed. My leg with the bite wound was wrapped up.
"Don't be afraid Green ninja. You're safe now. Nobody is going to hurt you."
I looked around to see a girl. She came into the light and at first I thought my eyes were playing tricks but then I realized they weren't.
It was Khloe.
