[Katherine]

I am already running late for my classes. So, with an athlete's spirit, I run down all the way to reach my classroom.

"May I come in Mrs. Thompson!" I ask panting.

"Get inside Miss Royals. We were about to start without you. Just to let you know what you missed is we have a new sitting plan to follow. Yours is the first seat, third row. Settle down fast." She says pointing to my seat.

As I follow her direction...

Holy shit!

NO NO NO !!!

This can't be happening.

Am I seriously supposed to sit with the Epitome of perfection for half of the semester, after making a complete fool out of myself yesterday in front of him?

I wish if the ground would swallow me or maybe I could just get invisible. I want to turn around and run out of the door screaming. But I decide to act normal as if nothing has happened and manage to drag myself slowly next to him.

If staring had the power to kill someone, I would have been burned to ashes right now and be dead. I can sense the other girls fuming around me. Their gaze boring into my skin. But I don't blame them for getting bewitched by his majestic looks.

"Hi there. I am Katherine."

Did I just literally squeak?

God! Even my voice doesn't sound like mine.

"Hello yourself. I am Robert." He replies in a deep captivating voice while I notice his Adam's apple moving up and down.

My cell beeps and there's a message from Lara.

Go, Girl! All the best! You guys look amazing together and will make cute babies together too. :-* :-* xoxo

This girl will be the end of me. I turn around to give her a death stare and instead she gives me a thumbs up. All I wish right now is that Robert hasn't got any idea about it. I gather all my courage to look at him and find him already looking at the board with his lips turned up at the corners. If I can make through the day, without getting killed out of embarrassment, Lara is going to be kicked for sure.

As Mrs. Thompson's comes to end, she gestures someone at the door.

"Attention class. We have two midterm admissions here. Robert Davis you got introduced in the morning and Daniel Williams."

Then Daniel walks in, looking straight into my eyes.

"Daniel, go take your seat next to Lara. First row, last seat. We will have a proper introduction tomorrow. For now, the class is dismissed."

Here I was thinking this can't get any worse. What about this?
