River up top. Let me know who you want to see next in the comment section

A horrible high pitched scream rang out from upstairs. Hazel raced up the steps.
"Emily! What's wrong!?" Hazel demanded.
"Kill it! Kill it! Kill it please!" Emily was sobbing and pointing at a corn snake curled up in the corner of her room.
"Really? It's a corn snake. They are like the most docile snake." Hazel gently picked up the snake.
"Don't pick it up!!! It's going to bite you!" Emily screeched.
Hazel rolled her eyes," I think I'm gonna keep him."
"NO, YOU ARE NOT KEEPING THAT THING HERE!" Emily looked terfied.
Hazel ignored her and went into her room.
"Here you are." She gently placed the snake into a ten gallon tank.
Emily came racing in, her hair was a mess,"You aren't seriously keeping it."
Hazel laughed,"No, he belongs in the wild. After, school I'll take him to a local park and release him. Now, go get dressed before we are late."
Hazel's roommate was not a morning person. Hazel knew that Emily would be complaining the entire way to school. Sure enough twenty minutes later Emily was still complaining as they pulled into the school's parking lot.
"Look, I'm sorry Arnold woke you up, but hush already." Hazel gave Emily an exasperated look.
"Arnold? You named him ARNOLD!? He's not staying." Emily quickly left the truck before Hazel could argue.
Hazel mumbled all the way to class.

"Five more minutes. Just five more minutes." Hazel thought as she stared at the clock.
It was just five more minutes before she got to go to third period. Third period was study hall and she could basically do whatever she wanted. It was when she did her homework. The bell finally rang and Hazel shot out of the classroom.
"Freedom!" She loudly whispered as she left math class.
Hazel hurried towards the library where the study hall was. She rounded the corner and smacked into someone.
"Ah! I'm so sorry!" Hazel stumbled a bit trying to regain her balance.
"It's okay. Are you okay?"
Hazel looked up at the deep voiced man and gulped.
This man was buff! Like Thor on steroids and she had just ran into him. Hazel had spent her entire high school experience trying to avoid men like him. His raven hair, deep blue eye, self was probably part of the football team.
Apparently, she had been staring too long because he spoke again,"Are you okay?"
"Who? Me? Yes, are you?" Smooth Hazel thought.
Mr. Thor laughed, "Yeah, I'm okay."
"Uh, okay. Uh, I gotta go." Hazel quickly slipped passed him.
"Wait, I'm new here. Where is the library?" Mr. Thor asked.
Hazel froze, he seriously could not be going to the library. She had just molested his personal space and now had to spend an hour and half with him.
"This way. I'm going there for study hall." Hazel mummbled.
Mr. Thor's eyes lit up, "That's great!"
He was a little too happy to have to follow someone who had just slammed into him.
"Yeah, it's wonderful." Hazel replied sarcastically.
"So you never told me your name." Mr. Thor was suddenly very close to Hazel.
His voice was deep and husky in  her ear. It sent shivers down her spine. She hated to admit that he was slightly attractive... Okay, drop dead handsome, but looks weren't everything.
"Hazel."
"Hmm, beautiful name. Hazel is my favorite color." Mr. Thor smirked as he followed closely behind her.
"Really?" Hazel asked quite not believing him.
"Well, it is now." Mr. Thor chuckled.
Hazel and Mr. Thor entered the library. Hazel whipped around almost causing Mr. Thor to crash into her.
"How cute, but I'm not interested. You may have girls always swooning over you, but your god like muscles and pathic pick up line will NOT have me melting at your feet." Hazel quickly walked over to her normal spot.
Mr. Thor stood in the door staring at her in shock. Hazel couldn't help but smirk in satisfaction.
"That's right Mr. Thor, you have finally met someone who can resist your charm." Hazel thought quite happy with herself.
She flipped open her book and started reading. She heard someone sit next to her, she looked up expecting to see her friend. It was Mr. Thor.
"God like muscles huh?"
"What part of shove off don't you get?" Hazel glared at him.
"Hey, no need to be rude."
"Sorry, but I'm trying to study." Hazel gestured to her math homework.
"I'm trying to get to know a beautiful lady." Mr. Thor leaned against the table smirked at her.
Hazel looked around," I know, you aren't talking about me because, I'm drop dead gorgeous."
Me. Thor laughed a little too loud and got hushed," Yes, you are." He whispered smiling.
Hazel was about to say something when Jake sat down.
"Finally! Where have you been!?" Hazel demanded.
"Um, returning my books?" Jake said.
"Fine, I guess that's okay." Hazel snorted.
"Uh, since when do I need your permission?" Jake asked crossing his arms over his chest.
"Since, I ran into Mr. Thor." Hazel stuck her thumb out at him.
"Hmm, I thought you weren't fazed by my muscles?" Mr. Thor whispered leaning in too close.
Hazel's breath caught in her throat," I'm not."
"Then, why Mr. Thor?"
"Because you look like Thor." Hazel stared at him.
"Um, Thor is blonde." Jake interrupted.
"He's right. I think you need to be educated on your super heroes." Mr. Thor smirked at Hazel.
"Yeah, get your facts straight." Jake smirked.
"I'm Jake by the way." Jake shook Mr. Thor's hand.
"River, it's nice to meet you."
Jake threw his arm around Hazel and River growled softly," You have already met Hazel."
"Growling is for dogs not men." Hazel pointed out.
She snuggled close to Jake just so River would growl again. River clenched his jaw and hands.
"Again, with the growling. How mature." Hazel rolled her eyes and Jake laughed.
Jake moved away from Hazel and River relaxed slightly. River spent the rest of the period glaring at Jake. If Jake even reached out to give Hazel a pencil River would send Jake a murderous look. Hazel was too involved with homework to notice the glares. Thankfully, for Jake the lunch bell rang.
