I guess somethings are never meant to change....
"Ha! I told you she's not going to die." I said laughing, "You owe me a drink."
Ryan looked at me annoyed.
We had a bet about who was going to survive, and I won.
Ryan scoff.
We had spend the next 1hour and 30 minutes, eating popcorn and yelling at the characters telling them what to do. Ryan and I laugh at the way they were killed because of there stupidity.
(I mean who walk towards a strange noise or stand in fount the killer screaming there head off.)
As the movie ends I heard the phone ringing I ran over and pick it up.
"Hello this is the Tremaine residence. How may I help you?" I answered.
(I wasn't sure who was calling so I had to be polite.)
"Niya!" Mom loud voice rang through the phone.
(Wow she's full of energy as always.)
"Mom.. What's the problem?"
"Am just calling to tell you that your father and I are not coming home tonight." She said.
I heard noises in the background.
"Are you guys partying."
"Noooooo.."
" You're dragging your no. You're lying ain't you?"
"Bye."
"Wait mo—"
Tone....
I rest down the phone then turn to Ryan who turn off the television.
"What's wrong?" I walk over to him.
"My parents aren't coming home tonight." I said.
Ryan look at me then spoke, "Hey you wanna play a game, like how we did as kids?"
(Hhmmm... I haven't play in a while.)
"Okay." I nod
(But i wonder what kind of game thou?)
Am do remember i have some cards in my room.
"Hey! Where you going?" Ryan ask.
I left Ryan downstairs and ran up to my room. I heard his shouting downstairs.
"Where is it?" I was searching my drawers.
I then heard a knocking on my door. I turn around to see Ryan at the door way with two bottles in his hand and a shot glass. He then held up his free hand and spin his index finger in the air.
After seeing this a mischievous grin appear on my face.
"Oh yeah."
