Rias' group began to walk towards the inner parts of the school to confront Kokabeil. They discussed strategy as they walked.
Rias: Issei, I want you on support this time.
Issei: Support?
Rias: I want you to use your power to transfer energy to the rest of us to increase our strength.
Issei: No problem! I'm all over it!
Rias: In the meantime, I bet we can stall for a bit while Issei charges up his transfer. Don't you agree?
Akeno: Yeah. I bet we can manage that.
Koneko: Absolutely.
Rias: Issei!
Issei: I'm still here.
Rias: We counting on you for this one.
Issei: Right!
Rias: Let's focus on being on the offensive for this battle. We have to get into the school and prevent Kokabeil from unleashing his power. Unlike the fight with Riser, our lives will be at risk this time... But believe me. I will not allow us to die here.
Akeno: You got it.
Issei: Promotion to Queen!
Issei felt a slight surge of new energy course through his body as he was promoted from pawn to queen.

The group ran out of the building, only to see a huge well of Holy Light emerging from the path in front of them. The sky was a sickening red color as Kokabeil and his followers began to take over the school.
Asia: What in the world is that?
A voice from behind them responded to the question.
Kokabeil: It seems the four Excaliburs have been made into one. That is just so Valper, you know?
The group looked behind them to see Kokabeil sitting on a floating throne, looking down upon them as if they were inferior beings.
Rias: Kokabeil!
Kokabeil: Is your brother on the way yet? Or is it Serafall instead?
Rias: Right now, we're the ones who are here to fight. That's all that matters.
With a smile on his face, Kokabeil snapped his fingers, and a yellow beam extended towards the gym. It struck the gym, making it explode and sending it in flames. The group flew back from the sheer power of the blast.
Issei: The gym!
Kokabeil: Ugh. This is so boring. I need a diversion.
Issei: No freaking way!
