[Dear Jungkook,
I've decided. I'll wait for you, because I don't want anybody else.]

Jungkook's eyes started to well up. Tears were forming at the sides of his lids, his lips slightly trembling as the cold breeze kissed his porcelain skin.

"Wh-Why didn't you tell me?" He asked Jimin, almost whispering when he felt his voice choked.

The lump in his throut is preventing him to ask more questions. By that second he realized how he can't live without you. Without him knowing what you're doing at this hour or what you've been up to. Him not knowing anything about you anymore is frustrating him. The thought of him not being there at your side is slowly making his mind gone crazy. He couldn't live life like this.

Jimin saw right through him. He wanted to say sorry for not stopping you nor not telling Jungkook. But he couldn't. He was restless at the moment. Jimin didn't want to explain things which are unexplainable for him as well.

"She... She left me." Jungkook cried out. "She'd had enough of me, didn't she?"

His tears were constantly dripping. His voice went hoarse, as his hand made its way to cover his face harshly pulling his hair. Sobbing like a little kid left by his mom.

FLASHBACK, a month ago.

"Why did you want to meet Kookie?" Eun Ji asked Jungkook, her diamond-like eyes staring at him confusedly.

Jungkook was nervous, he was scared, but he felt happy knowing at any moment he could finally set the truth free. Somehow, it makes his heart happy.

"Eun Ji. . . I-I . . . I cheated on you." Jungkook confessed, eyes dropping at his fiddling fingers.

He had never felt ashamed. It was a first for him to do a mistake in a relationship. Usually, he broke up with girls because they get tired of him being an idol, they get tired dating an idol who doesn't have time for them. Usually, his past lovers ditches him or cheats behind his back. But now it was him. He felt bad, feeling that his girlfriend was all he needed, yet he wasn't contented and still fucked up behind her back.

Her next few words had startled him, taking him by surprise. "I know Jungkook. I know you did."

His eyes met with his girlfriend's eyes, searching for verity. He didn't know what to say. It was like a cat got his tongue.

Eun Ji smiled at him, holding his hands. Her skin touching him felt nothing. He didn't felt the same spark he felt when it was your hands grazing his.

"Jungkook. I saw the two of you kissing inside your car that night." She told him how she came up to see and witness how Jungkook did you the way he never did to his girlfriend.

She told him how she end up seeing his car droving off to somewhere that night and how she felt to have the urge to follow his car. She saw how both of you vandalized how you both felt for each other that night. And then Eun Ji knew, she was making the both of you suffer. She was a big block-- a big wall separating the unfreed feelings from both of you. She knew by just watching how you both loved each other. And she felt so bad for not taking the signs whenever Jungkook would try to find a different scent form her. She didn't give much of a thought of how Jungkook changed and acted weird. She should've made a way for her and Jungkook to stop the faking since the night she knew he wasn't feeling the same.

"I'm so sorry, Eun Ji." Jungkook cried. He didn't want to hurt her.

However, she held his hand. "No. Don't be. I should be the one sorry for you. Because of me, you couldn't love her freely. Because of the promise you gave me, your heart couldn't be free. Because of my selfishness, you couldn't feel the love you really want. You weren't been able to be free. I wasn't different from all the people who's locking you away from your freedom."
