Darius' Big Surprise

it's the next morning. Lucas woke me up..
Lucas } babe, wake up
Me } what time is it?
Lucas } 6:53 am, come on. we have to get ready.
Me } okay give me a minute..
i didn't want to get up but i had too. Lucas and I got dressed. i knocked on Marcus' door and Lucas knocked on Cyrus and Darius' door.
Me } Marcus, you up?
Marcus } yes come in
Me } are you ready?
Marcus } yeah, just need to put my shoes on.
Me } okay, well come out to the living room when you're ready
Marcus } okay
Lucas } i made sure to keep my voice down so Dari wouldn't wake up.
Me } okay 
Cyrus } okay guys. you guys ready to go?
Marcus } yes
Lucas } babe, can we borrow your car?
Me } of course. the keys are in kitchen drawer by the fridge.
Lucas } thanks babe, we'll be back later.
Me } okay, drive safe guys. let me know when you're on your way back
Marcus } we will.
they left and it was my turn to make breakfast. i was thinking of making chocolate chip pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, mini sausages and hash browns. pretty much a whole breakfast platter. i wanted to make enough so we can all eat. i started with the pancakes, bacon and sausages because they take a while to cook. it was 7:15 when i started, it's now 8:53 am. i got a text from Lucas.
Lucas } hey babe, we finished early. we're on our way now. be there in 10
Me } okay baby, see you then.
i was almost done. i'm on the hash browns. i here the guys walking in.
Marcus } it smells so good in here.
Cyrus } Chef Alani
Me } haha thanks guys. how'd it go?
Cyrus } pretty good. i'm sure he's going to love it.
Me } well we have to see and wait. i know you guys didn't eat before leaving so i made a lot of food so we can eat with Dari. 
Marcus } thanks Alani.
Me } you're welcome.
i finished up and it was time to wake Dari up.
we all ran into the room and jumped on the bed. well i didn't.
Lucas } come on birthday boy. we have something for you.
Darius } omg. scare me why not.
Marcus } sorry, but come on. get up.
Darius } okay let me get dressed.
the guys waited at the table while Dari was getting dressed.
Darius } oh my, it smells good.
Me } thank you
Darius } you cooked all this?
Me } yes, sit down.
we all wished Dari a happy birthday and we began to eat. i think my favorite thing i cooked was the chocolate chip pancakes. we took an hour just to eat breakfast. it took up like 20 mins to get up. we were all full.
Darius } thank you so much for breakfast Alani
Cyrus } yeah thank you. it was delicious
Me } you're welcome guys. i'm more than happy to cook you guys breakfast any day.
i cleaned up the table and washed the dishes. Dari had went back to his room.
Cyrus } so when should we surprise him?
Marcus } i don't know
Me } i say do it when he at least expects it.
Cyrus } okay but like when?
Me } we can go out for dinner? where did you guys park it?
Marcus } down in the parking lot where your car is
Me } okay, we'll tell him we're going out for dinner. you blindfold him, we go down and the car will be there in front of him.
Lucas } i like that
Marcus } me too. okay it's settle. what time is it?
Cyrus } 12:37 pm
Marcus } okay, i'll tell him we're going out for dinner at 7
Me } okay
Lucas and I walked back to our room.
Lucas } i'm so glad i have you in my life babe.
Me } why is that?
Lucas } you always help my brothers and i out. you're a true life saver. i love you

i was so full from breakfast, i was starting to get tired.
Me } babe, i'm going to take a nap. can you wake me up around 5?
Lucas } yes princess. get some rest. i'll be here
it took me a while to fall asleep. i was nervous of going out tonight. Lucas still doesn't know the truth. i'm scared that someone will see me arrive and share it on social media. i don't remember falling asleep.
Lucas } hey baby, it's 5 now.
Me } can you wake me up in 30? i just don't feel well right now?
Lucas } what's wrong?
Me } i have such a bad stomach and head ache.
Lucas } okay baby.
20 mins past by and i woke up and ran to the bathroom.
Lucas } babe, are you okay?
Me } no, i feel so sick.
Lucas } stay in tonight
Me } i don't want Dari to think i don't want to go out for his birthday.
Lucas } i'm sure he'll be okay with you staying if you feel this sick babe.
Me } okay
Lucas helps me walk back to the bed.
Lucas } just get some rest, i'll wake you up to let you know we're heading out.

it's 6:10 pm
Lucas } hey guys, Alani isn't going to be able to come out tonight.
Marcus } why? is she okay?
Lucas } she just woke up and ran straight to the bathroom to throw up. she told me she still wanted to come out even though she doesn't feel well.
Darius } she should stay home and get some rest. her health is more important
Lucas } i know. she just didn't want you to think that she didn't want to come out tonight to celebrate with you.
Darius } let me go talk to her.

Me } hey Dari
Darius } Lucas told us what happened. you don't have to come. i would love to have you there with us. we care about your health more so stay home and get some rest okay?
Me } okay
Darius } get better, we'll see you later.
i was tired but i was waiting for Lucas to come in to tell me that they're leaving
Lucas } hey princess, we're heading out 20 mins early. we still have to surprise Dari
Me } okay babe, have a nice time.
Lucas } thanks baby, can we borrow your car?
Me } yes
Lucas } thanks, i'll see you later. i love you
Me } i love you too
they had left and i was alone so i fell asleep. 15 mins later i get a FaceTime call from Dari
Me } yes
Darius } thank you
Me } for what?
Darius } for letting us come out here and stay with you. it's always been our dream to fly out and live the LA life and now i have my dream car. like thank you so much
Me } you don't have to thank me Dari. i hope your enjoying your birthday and your new car. i'll see you later
we hung up and i went back to sleep. it was 9:36 pm and the guys were still out. i took a shower and watched movies until they got home. i then started to feel sick again so i went to the bathroom. i kept thinking about every possible explanation why i'm feeling sick. there's only one way to find out. i opened one of the drawers in the bathroom and there it was.. a pregnancy test.. i had to be quick. the guys could be on their way home.i was afraid to take it but the sooner the better. i sat on the toilet and peed on the stick. i waited 5 minutes before checking.. i was shocked of the results. "Pregnant". this pregnancy test also tells you how long it's been. it's been 3-4 weeks. i got a text from Lucas.
"we're on our way back. seen you in 5"
i was freaking out. i didn't know where to hide it. i heard the door open and i threw the box with the test inside it behind one of my dressers and went back to bed.
Lucas } hey baby. are you feeling better?
Me } just a bit. how was dinner?
Lucas } it was great but i wished you were there though.
Me } how was the surprise? where's Dari?
Lucas } he went to change out of the tux. he's probably in the living room now.
i got up and walked out to the living room.
Me } hey Dari
Darius } hey. we missed you at dinner
Me } i'll be there at the next one. so how do you like your car so far?
Darius } come on. a Lamborghini? i love it.
Marcus } it was her idea
Darius } no way. really?
Me } it wasn't all me. i'm glad you like it.
Darius } this is probably the best birthday ever

Marcus } yeah. i think Cyrus already went to bed.

Me } we're engaged. we're really young. when do you see us having kids?
Lucas } honestly, i don't see us having kids right now. we are young like you said. i would want to marry you before having kids. im not ready to be a father just yet.

i turned the lights off and pretended to fall asleep. i didn't really fall asleep until 3:40 am. he was passed out. i just couldn't stop thinking about it. how do i tell him? i don't want to ruin his life. we are young. i don't know what to do anymore. i think i'm just going to sleep it off.
