Chapter 2 : Stranger Danger

Lux's POV

The sun is setting, clouds are forming, and we're walking home.

But nothing changes, Jinx and Poppy are arguing, Lulu's pretending that Pix is a kite, and Janna's staring at the sky, like she has her own world.

I asked her "Janna, why was it you always stare at the sky like that? It's like you have your own world".

Janna just smiled and said "I just feel like I wanna join the wind and play with them...".

But Jinx interrupted and said "Well, don't forget the cane I made for you...".

Janna's face doesn't even show that she was mocked, she just said "Oh, sorry Jinx, but your cane has to go to somewhere it truly belongs."

"Where?" Jinx asked, tilting her head a bit with a raised eyebrow.

"In the junkyard, where you and my precious cane belongs..." Janna smiled innocently, while Jinx was taken aback with wide eyes.

Poppy laughed and said "Hahaha ooohhhh burn!"

She went near Janna and they both did some high fives, Poppy said "Nice one, Janna!"

Jinx finally went out of her trance and rolled her eyes, "Yeah, she's a real chuckle factory ha ha ha" she said, with sarcasm.

"At least she can tell BETTER jokes than you..." Poppy teased, while laughing.

"Why you little..." Jinx tried to grab Poppy but she was too fast, so, Jinx chased Poppy until they reached the house.

"Wait for meeeee!" Lulu shouted, while running.

Me and Janna just giggled and continued walking.

But once she stared at the sky again, her smile disappeared.

I asked her what's wrong but she just answered "Nothing, just felt a strong breeze that brought me some chills to my veins"

Once we reached our house, all we saw are things that are not organized.

We can't find Jinx, Poppy, and Lulu anywhere. I sighed and facepalmed myself.

But when I heard Lulu screamed, we quickly followed it and planned to see what's happening.

We went to the backyard and saw Poppy pointing to the sky.

It looks like stars falling.

I recognized those colors anywhere but I just can't put my finger into it.

We saw it crashed on downtown.

We quickly changed our forms, "Star Guardians Unite!"

We flew up to the night sky and went on downtown to see what's happening.

So many people running from something or someone.

"Janna, Lulu! Guide all these people to safety!" I requested.

"Ok Lux!" They both answered.

"Jinx, Poppy, come and help me solve this problem..." I said.

"Right!" They said.

When we finally reached downtown, we slowly glided down to the ground and saw four creatures destroying the buildings!

"It's over humans...We will rule this planet today and rule the universe tomorrow!" The leader said.

Ok, now I recognized them, they are...The Dark Stars!
