Chapter 5 : More Stars To Come

Lux's POV

We quickly went to a dark alley to change our forms.

As we changed our outfits, we flew to the morning sky and went straight to downtown.

Explosions were causing large buildings to give up, many people running like there's no tomorrow.

"Over there!" Poppy pointed at the super annoying Dark Stars that always ruining our fun, oh goodness, I sound like Jinx....

"Come on and let's stop these fools!" Jinx shouted and glided down, of course we followed her.

The Villains were causing havoc while they were laughing hard.

"Hey Drool Stars! Missed us?" Jinx said while raising Kuro on her shoulder.

"Uuggghhh why do Star Guardians have to be so annoying?!" Dark Star Orianna complained.

"Look who's talking idiot..." Poppy raised her hammer and showed us she was ready to swing.

"You'll never stop us foolish Guardians!" Dark Star Thresh said.

"What are you even doing here on Earth? And why didn't you burned from the planet's atmosphere?" I asked, showing them how curious I am.

"Well, did we mention that we made a deal with the First Star?" Dark Star Varus asked

"What?!" All of us shrieked from what he just said.

"Oh, I will take that as a no..." Dark Star Kha'zix hissed.

"What did you do to the First Star?!" I asked furiously.

"Well, we went to your precious First Star and reasoned with her, we explained that the we needed to find the Cosmic Gemstone in order to rule the whole universe...but her answer was obviously, No..."

"Then What?!" I asked as I tightened the grip on my staff.

"So, when I showed her that I got the other Guardians inside my lantern, she said let them Go..."

"Wait, there are more Guardians?" Poppy asked while looking at me with a curious face.

I just shrugged and frowned.

"I'm as surprised as you are Poppy...What did you do to them?!" I asked once more, raising my voice as high as I can.

"Oh didn't the First Star told you there are more Guardians before you came? Well, here's the story... When we, the Dark Stars, were almost successful on destroying a planet, these Star Guardians were sent by the First Star to stop us... Many of our army had died because of your freaking fellow Guardians, so we planned to kill them, but we want to let them suffer slowly... So we captured one of them using my lantern and told them if they wouldn't give up, I will lock her in forever and kill her gently and if they gave up, I will let her live...but of course they didn't agreed on my offer so I used my hook to capture another one and locked her in with her fellow Guardian...they started to panic until one of them gave up so I took the advantage to capture him... The leader and the other remained as they started to run away like little voidlings, I took the other one when she took her last step...the leader tried to pull her but my lantern was stronger, so the leader was pushed back while the other one was being sucked in my lantern...she kept on running until she reached a dead end, she said "No! Please don't! I will do everything you want just please let me live!"..." Thresh paused while laughing really hard while the other Dark Stars burst into laughter, too.

"What did you do to them??!!!" Janna yelled while readying herself to release a monsoon.

"Calm down Janna, we will attack if he's finished telling us his stupid story..." Jinx whispered a little loud for all of us to hear.

Poppy was also readying herself to smash her hammer while Lulu and I were speechless.

Thresh stopped and continued, "Well, sorry to keep you waiting, as I was saying, I told her that we want her to give up her soul and join her friends, but she declined... I had no choice but to use my hook and captured her soul and put it in my lantern... Ahhh good times eh guys?" He turned to his team and they all laughed annoyingly.

"Guys be ready!" Jinx whispered as she raised Kuro again.

As Thresh turned his attention to us, Jinx finally shouted "Now!!"

She launched a big missile at them while Poppy smashed the ground using her hammer, causing the ground to shake hard.

Janna released a monsoon from her staff while Lulu made me bigger as I flew to the sky and used my Final Spark, This was our plan from our last battle that didn't actually worked, but now, I guess we managed to try it again...

An explosion was a result when you combined our plan and our teamwork.

"Let's see if those Drool Stars survived that..." Jinx said while lowering down Kuro.

When the smoke finally cleared the Dark Stars were gone, like a bubble bursted.

"Wait....What?!?!" Poppy shrieked while all of us were speechless.

We tried to find them until Lulu pointed at one of the tallest buildings.

"I haven't even told you what your precious First Star and I agreed with! But when you tried to kill us, I was shocked, so I changed my mind on telling you what it is so, Goodbye Stupid Guardians!" Thresh said as his crew and him flew away.

They left us while we stared each other.

"Now we'll never know what the First Star and the Dark Stars agreed on..." Lulu said while frowning.

"This is all your fault Jinx! If you haven't launched that rocket, we would've known what the deal was!" Poppy yelled at Jinx.

"Well why did you even smashed the ground when you know it was a bad idea!" Jinx yelled with her arms crossed.

"Stop it you two! We are all on the same boat so stop blaming each other..." Janna scolded.

Lulu walked towards me and hugged me.

"Was that story all true? That there are more Guardians out there?" She asked me while looking worried.

"I don't know either, but we'll find out soon..." I answered her with a gentle pat on her shiny light green hair.

The more I look at the sky, the more curious I get.

Was that story true? Are there more Guardians out there? What did the First Star agreed with the Dark Stars?

All of these questions were confusing my head...

"Come on, let's go...school's waiting." I said as I flew to the sky while they followed.

I was so busy last week that I forgot to make a Chapter for this story.
