ARRIVING HOME THAT NIGHT, I plop down on the couch and Colby plops down beside me. "Thanks for your help today when my mom had James," Colby responds as he gives me a smile.

"Oh, no problem," I answer, returning a smile. He leans into me and pecks me on the lips. "I love you, sexy," he whispers when he pulls away.

"I love you too," I whisper back.

The next couple of weeks go by fast. Colby and I have lots of sex and I enjoy the rest of my time off from school. The second week back at school, Colby ends up having to leave to go out of town for his new job.

{Monday, January 18, 2010}

"So, how have things been going with you and Colby?" Natasha asks me as she leans against the locker beside mine as I retrieve my items from my locker.

"Great," I answer with a shrug. Natasha is almost a month along in her pregnancy. I lean closer to her and whisper, "Have you told Hayden about the baby yet?"

"Yeah," she whispers. "I told him the 29th of December. After I told him, he kind of cussed me out and left. I haven't seen or spoken to him since then."

'Now Hayden's really going to fucking get it. From my man' I thought as I turn to Natasha. "Aw, I'm sorry," I answer apologetically. "Remember what Stefani and I promised you we're going to help you through this."

"Thanks," she answers before giving me a hug.

I kiss her cheek and we go to home room.

The rest of the day is long and boring. When I get home, I drop all my bags on the floor and get a crack on my homework. (Might as well get it done now than have a whole bunch to do later.)

It was the same routine the next three weeks Colby was gone.

When I arrive home from school, I drop my bag on the couch and go into the kitchen. I was in the process of drinking my glass of water, when someone wraps their arms around me from behind and starts kissing my neck.

At first I thought it was Colby, so I lean into him and moan a little bit. But then this person whispers, "I love hearing you moan," against my neck. As soon as they whisper that, I realize it wasn't Colby. I realize it was Jeremy and I gasp. He kisses my neck once more before pulling away from me. "So, you're home alone? Where's Colby? Did he finally get sick of you and leave you?"

"No!" I yell. "He's on a freaking business trip!"

"Oh, so I'm going to have some time alone with you?" he whispers, smirking and cocking an eyebrow.

"Get the fuck away from me!" I yell, trying to push him away, but failing miserably. He grabs my arms and pin them against the fridge. "So, how've you been the last few weeks? I've missed spending time with you," he flirts.

"We've been broken up for more than a year!" I hiss. "What the hell do you mean 'you miss spending time with me'?"

"Well, you know with me being your soon-to-be brother-in-law and all, I thought you and Colby would be spending a lot more time at home with James being home and all. But, y'all haven't been over to our house since Christmas."
