Swords of Wisdom

Black Stranger
🔯
Kristoff stayed behind the tree while the three girls stayed behind the bush. They were all looking down at the campsite. There was a big tent and four solders were standing on guard. There were many men down there; some were sharpening their swords and knifes while the others were gathered around a big pot, eating their lunch.
Suddenly they heard a growl. The three girls looked at Kristoff who was rubbing his stomach. Kristoff looked at them. "What? I haven't eaten anything."
They shook their heads and looked back at the campsite. "I don't see him," said Merida.
”He could be in the tent,” said Maria. ”What's the plan?”
”Let's wait till sun down,” said Kristoff. ”They won't be able to see us in the dark."
”Crystal could teleport inside the tent,” suggest Merida.
”That's NOT a good idea" said Crystal. ”We're not even sure if he's in the tent.”
”Yeah and if we weren't so blind we would have notice that there's some prisoners over there,” Maria pointed to the side. There were three men, tied on two posts. Two were tied on one post and the other was tied on the other. ”I'm guessing he's one of them. We just have to wait.”
They waited till it was dark.
”Can we go now?” asked Maria. ”I'm bored sitting like this."
”Yeah I think we should go,” said Merida and they all stood up.
”Wait!” said Kristoff stopping them from taking any steps.
A carriage passed by them and went to a stop near the tent. A man opened the door and two people stepped out. The carriage was blocking them so they couldn't see who they were. The two people went inside the tent.
"I wonder who they were," said Kristoff.
"Who cares? Let's go," said Maria. She led the way and they all sneaked to the campsite.
Merida and Kristoff stood behind some trees that were surrounding the campus. Maria and Crystal stood behind the big tent, trying to eavesdrop on their conversation.
”Make sure Arden doesn't do anything stupid to ruin the plan,” said a female voice.
"He won't," said a male voice. ''He wants to burn down the entire village." Maria held back a gasp while Crystal's eyes widen.
"He needs to get it first before he does that," said the female voice. "You guys already have his son so he will speak, we just have to wait. If he doesn't, burn down the village to ashes and make sure no one gets out alive; we could still look for some ways to find it."
Crystal took Maria's dagger and did a small hole so she could peek at whoever is that woman that is planning to burn down the village. She only saw a man sitting on a table facing the two people. The woman's back was turn so she couldn't see her face. The woman does not look like a royal or important person; she was all in black clothes; her arms were folded across her chest. She tilted her head to the side, making her black shoulder length hair get in the way so that Crystal couldn't see her face. The man sitting beside her was wearing a black hood making it hard for Crystal to see him.
Seriously, who are those two? Thought Crystal as she let out a small groan. She moved back and looked at Maria who was giving her a confused look. She didn't have time to noticed that the two people inside had already spotted her.
