I woke up the next morning and got ready for school. The usual routine cup of coffee, shower get dressed and leave the house. It took me half an hour to do all of these things cause I had to figure out what to wear do to me having to change my wardrobe. Now that I was hanging with the bowers gang I had to dress and act like them, which actually excited me not just because I was going to be protected by the four boys that pretty much ran the school. But because I would be around Patrick all the time without him trying to pick on me like he normally would try to. I walked into the school building and like always I was early so I walked to the library the librarian smiled at me, I gave her a small smile as I sat my things down at a table and did some work from the other night that I didn't finish cause the boys being over. After about half an hour I gathered all my things back into my bag and walked out of the Library and down the halls when I spotted the boys here exactly at the time when they usually had. I walked over straight up to Patrick and when he saw me the smile that I loved so much spread across his face. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him down to my height crashing my lips to his. When we broke our kiss, he smiled "Good morning to you too cutie." I smiled and he slung his arm over my shoulder. I looked at the rest of the boys seeing Henry's face already had an unhappy look on his face. I asked "Who pissed in your cornflakes?" He shot me a dirty look, of course I just shut up it's best not too piss him off more than he already was. I turned to Patrick and gave him a questioning look.I grabbed Patrick's hand and looked at the other guy's and said "We're going to class. See you guys later." I waved behind me and Patrick was not to far behind. When we entered the room, I turned towards Patrick and asked "What's up with him?" Patrick shrugged and said "Don't know must be his old man again." I nodded and sat in the desk beside him. I took out my books for this class and started trying to catch up from where I missed school the other day. Then the Teacher walked in and started class it was the same old boring shit like always. I fell asleep within the first twenty minutes of class only to be woken up by the bell everyone shoved their books back in their bags and darted out of the room I was placing my books in my bag and heard Patrick say "Good morning princess." I looked over to him and said "Yeah morning." When we made it to the door I heard the teacher say "Miss Davenport may I have a word with you?" I stopped dead in my tracks and told Patrick that I would catch up with him and the boys in a minute he nodded and placed a kiss on my forehead and walked out of the room I walked over to our teacher "Yes Mrs.Bollinger?" I asked. She waited till the classroom was empty to ask "Is everything alright with you I mean you missed school yesterday and you come in tired today and I've noticed you've got some new friends." I nodded "Yeah I'm fine I wasn't feeling too good yesterday and I guess I'm still feeling a little under the weather today. Yeah Patrick and I are pretty good friends I mean he is my mom's boyfriend's son's best friend.She nodded and said "If there's something wrong, you can come talk to me, okay." I nodded my head and walked out of the class and caught up with the boys who were in the middle of bullying the losers club I walked over I knew that I couldn't stop them but I felt bad for the kids. When Henry and the guys were done with the group of kids Patrick walked over to me and wrapped his arm around my waist and we walked down the hall I looked at the boys and mouthed "I'm sorry."I looked at Billy who was my neighbor and Henry loved to bully him since he had a stutter but I loved Billy he is such a sweet kid and a good friend. As we were walking through the hall the boys were being loud laughing. I just walked silently beside them and I said "Hey Patrick." He looked down to me and said "Yeah Kassidy?" I stopped and turned to him and asked. "Why do you guys pick on them so much?" He shrugged, chuckled and said "Why not?" I sighed at his answer, then said "I'm going to class I'll see you guys later." Patrick gave me one last kiss before I walked away. I made my way around the school and managed to find Bill, Eddie, Stan and Richie I ran up to them and called out "Hey guys." they all turned my way and Billy said "Oh H-hey K-Kas." I smiled at him and said "Hey look you guys I'm sorry about Henry and the guys. They're not such ass holes." "Yeah Right." Stan said. Eddie, Richie and Stan all walked off "See you later Billy." I turned to look at Billy and he gave me a weak smile and said "I'll see you later Kas." then he walked away.
