He gets sick: Liam

Cough. Cough. Cough. I strained to open my eyes. Creak. The bed shifted. I rubbed my eyes to try as see what was going on.

Once I could finally see a little bit I sat up. Liam was sitting on the edge of the bed with his legs dangling off of his side of the bed.

"Li?" I asked, scooting up behind him.

He leaned back against me, taking a deep breath.

"Li you okay?" I asked gently, knowing something was wrong.

"Don't feel good," he mumbled.

"Aw what doesn't feel good?" I asked him.

"My throat hurts and so does my head. and I keep coughing," he rasped, as if to prove his point.

"Ill go get you some water yeah?" I said sliding off the bed.

When I came back he was leaning up against the headboard of the bed taking deep breaths.

"Here you go baby. this should help with your cough too," I said handing him some medicine and a cup of water.

He gratefully took a drink and swallowed the pill.

"Need anything else hun?" I asked.

"Just wanna sleep. Lay with me," he said quietly, cute as ever.

I willingly laid down and pulled his warm head into my chest. I ruffled his hair until he fell asleep and when he woke up coughing I would rub his back until he was finished then soothe him back to sleep.

Poor Liam. I hope he gets better soon.
