Okay here's the next one in the series. I'm going to try and finish this one today so I can get caught up.

Your p.o.v.

"Cough, cough," I squinted into the dark room. I'm pretty sure Liam was sick. This was the 5th time he's woken me up, coughing. I feel bad. I mean it sounds awful.

It's a really dry, scratchy cough that has to be hurting his throat and chest. Just when I was about to sit up and ask him if he needed a drink, I felt him shake my shoulder.

"You okay baby? I've heard you coughing," I said as I sat up.

He didn't say anything, just shook his head. He was still laying down beside me so I reached down and brushed the hair out of his face. he shivered.

"You cold?" I asked. He nodded.

"Okay, I'll go get you a blanket and some water. Oh and what kind of medicine do you want?" I asked, knowing we have several kinds.

He frowned then pointed to his throat. Then he made a chopping motion, like cutting his head off.

"Your throat hurts?" I asked, confused.

He nodded but then he did the motion again and sort of stuck his tongue out.

"Uh, you're thirsty?" I asked.

He shook his head quickly and made more chopping motions. Ugh why is he making this so hard.

"Why can't you just tell me Liam, its," I looked at the clock. It was 3 a.m. "3 in the morning I'm not in the mood for charades," I huffed.

Then he started nodding really quickly and motioning with his hands for me to keep going. Then he stuck his tongue out again and gabbed his throat. All of a sudden I figured it out.

"Oh you lost you're voice. Okay," I said, finally getting it.

"Sorry I shouldn't have yelled at you babe, I was just being slow," I apologized.

He just shrugged. Wow this is going to be weird. He's usually fairly talkative, especially when he's sick.

"Well I'll be back," I said, sliding off the bed and walking out of our room and down the hallway. When I came back I had a cough drop, some Advil, a blanket, and a glass of water.

After he took the Advil pills with some water, he popped the cough drop into his mouth.

As he sucked on it he made a face at me. I laughed lightly. What a weirdo.

"You must be feeling a little better if you're making faces," I joked.

He opened his mouth then shut it quickly, probably remembering that he couldn't talk. He looked sort of sad now.

"Aw baby it's okay. You can just text me or write it down when you want to tell me something. It'll be alright," I try to console him.

He yawned, and I realized how tired I was from waking up so much. I handed the water back to him and he downed the glass. Then he laid back down. I slid in next to him and covered us with the blanket.

He scooted over closer to me and pressed his face into my shoulder. I smiled at how close he was. Like he literally couldn't get any closer to me without being apart of me.

"Get some sleep Li, hopefully you'll have a voice in the morning," I said, already falling back asleep.
