Zianourry: sick Niall

And yet another one of the series.

Niall's p.o.v.

"Louis," I shook his shoulder, trying to wake him up. He didn't move.

"Louis wake up," I said a little louder this time.

"Mmm what Niall?" he moaned sleepily.

"I don't f-feel good," I whimpered, struggling not to cry.

He opened his eyes a crack then sighed, sitting up and rubbing his eyes. He blinked at me a few times until he was actually awake.

"What's wrong babe?" he asked nicely.

"My head hurts and I'm dizzy and cold," I whined, probably sounding a lot younger than 21 but hey, I'm sick.

"Come here," Louis said, patting the edge of his bunk. I sat down next to Louis. He put his hand on my forehead.

"You've got a fever. probably the flu that has been going around," he said, moving his hand to rub up and down my back.

I leaned towards him, laying my head on his shoulder. After taking a few shaky breaths I managed to blink away the tears that had been threatening to fall.

"You want some medicine?" he asked suddenly. I shook my head.

"Just wanna sleep," I mumbled.

"I'll get you some medicine, and then you can sleep okay?" he asked me. I reluctantly nodded, realizing I didn't have a choice.

Louis slid out of his bunk and padded out of the room, returning a minute later with two purple pills and a glass of water in his hands. He handed them both to me as he sat back down on the bed.

I popped the pills into my mouth and swallowed them with a gulp of water. I handed the glass back to Louis, who leaned over and set it on the floor.

"Now we can sleep," he said, scooting back up against the wall.

I sighed and started sliding off of his bunk but Louis grabbed my arm. I turned to look at him.

"You can sleep with me Nialler," he said softly, laying on his side. I took the invitation and sat back down, swinging my legs up into the and laying down on my side, facing away from Louis.

He draped his arm over me loosely, after pulling his sheets up over us. I wasn't quite as cold anymore.

"Feel better Ni," he whispered. Then I let the medicine sink in, forcing me into sleep.
