I'm kinda out of ideas so we'll see how this one goes.

Harry's p.o.v.
"Harry," Louis said urgently, coughing.
I knew what he needed, but I wasn't fast enough. He gagged and sent his lunch flying all over the blanket he was covered with. He coughed and gagged again, not bringing anything up this time.
By this time, I had darted across the room and was rubbing his back, in an attempt to console him. I'm guessing that it didn't work though, judging by the way he burst into tears as soon as he was done.
He leaned heavily against me, too weak to even hold himself up as he cried into my t-shirt.
Last night, he'd woken up at like 3 and puked. He hasn't gotten anything but worse since then. I don't know what to do anymore.
"Louis, babe, you need to calm down or you'll make yourself sick again. Deep breaths boo, deep breaths," I instructed him, knowing he probably wouldn't listen.
I gently leaned him up against the wall so I could pull the soiled blankets back to put them in the washer. As soon as I'd moved them down to Louis' knees however, he gagged again.
This of course, sent more of lunch flying, now all over, his pants, wonderful.
So now, Louis is sobbing, him and his bunk are cover in puke, I don't know what to do, and everyone else is at the studio.
Okay deep breath Harry.
"Let's get this stuff off mate," I said, trying to stay calm.
I pull his shirt over his head and slide his pants down off of his hips and ross them both into the wad of dirty blankets at the edge of the bunk.
"I'm s-sorry," Louis cried, reaching out for me.
"It's fine lou, I'm cleaning up and then I'll be back," I told him, picking up all of the clothes.
I took them all into our 'coat room' and stuffed them into the washer, hurriedly starting it up and grabbing a bottle of disinfectant.
I walked back into the bunks, to find Louis curled up in a ball, shivering. I quickly sprayed the area around his bunk and scrubbed it with a paper towel, then ran them back to the washer.
I grabbed another blanket and brought it into the bunks, covering Louis with it. I also brought a trash can and set it right next to his bunk.
"Okay mate, theirs a trash can here if you need it, just try and sleep yeah?" I knelt next to his bunk and rubbed his back soothingly.
"Mmm," he muttered sleepily, probably already drifting off.
