"Well as you can tell, he's kinda crispy from an accident he got into when he was a teenager. So says it that he tried burning the orphanage down on St. Mary in downtown Stain Ville, that small city up north. He was successful for a part of it but he so happened to accidentally spill gasoline on his pants and shoes in the process and next thing you know, the poor man was in flames. " Richard explained.
"But, does he talk?" Sylvia asked.
"Yeah but rarely. He has autism or something like that. Usually, he just lets out different noises but the only one who can understand him is Jay." Richard continued to explain.
