As I close my eyes, the summer sun tans me with its rays,
The scenery is beautiful; I could stay here for days.
The sand warms my feet, and the palm trees are swaying,
I see dolphins swimming near to where I am laying.
As I lay on the beach towel, I have a cocktail in my hand,
I listen to the music playing of the Caribbean steel band.
The delicious fruit and coconuts are freely handed out,
My hotel is a five star, with waiter service at a shout.
I am relaxing during the days and I party here till dawn,
The foam parties are the best, they go on till the morn.
Clubbers party hard at night, the music loud and clear,
Bars and shops not far away, attractions are very near.
The cool breeze from the island, refresh and rejuvenates your skin,
I feel so relaxed, I am ready for parting.
Club Tropicana is the place to be seen,
It is a place for a disco diva or a beauty queen.
As I shake my touché and strut my stuff on the dance floor,
Crowds gather and beg me for more.
Time has come to say goodnight, what a night it’s been,
Men are falling at my feet, they are looking keen.
My funky frolics has taken their eye, I really don’t know why,
As I plan my trip to come back next year, I turn and say goodbye.
