Sparkling snowflakes and glittering ice, snow queen, ice maiden and Jack Frost
White fluffy snow, twinkling shiny stars, crystalline icicles and snowmen looking glossed.
Snowbound Santa and ice-kissed reindeers, whirly winds and snow capped trees,
Lights guide the way, toboggan or a sleigh, baubles blowing in the blustery breeze.
Rudolph and Blitzen, Prancer too, Dasher and Dancer fly over roof tops,
Presents to deliver on Christmas day, the routes are planned for plenty of drops.
Presents tied up with ribbon and string, knowing how much joy these gifts will bring,
Paper and bows and a frozen nose, listen carefully can you hear the choir boys sing?
Candles and lanterns give off a glow; frostbitten toes, snow crunching under foot,
Carrots, mince pies, milk and brandy, Santa down chimneys covered in soot.
Winter wonderland has the added bling, Diamonds and crystals align in the grotto,
Christmas cheer is all around, after the 24th the elves get blotto.
Turkey and tinsel, crackers too, wine and baileys fill the shops,
Christmas carols and hymns in church, everyone panic to pull out all stops.
Festivities and feasts brings families together, celebrations and party poppers bring so much fun,
Angels on the tree and animals with their treats, over indulging can cause a bloated tum.
Greeting cards and garlands placed around the fire, stockings on the mantelpiece hung up with wire,
The dinner table looks angelic and is ready to dine, its set for everyone's heart to desire.
Fairy dust and angel hair decorate the tree, making it look pretty for everyone to see,
Ice skating and tobogging you watch on the tele, or maybe hit the sales and have a shopping spree.
