Did you forget how the bells used to chime
I came back to tell you that I loved you
I wasn't suppose to be back but I didn't know who to come too.
You see, I missed you in every way.
I looked out at the window every passing day.
I awaited your return.
But the house seemed to burn.
I made a house of cards out of scratch.
Nothing seemed to match
So distraught
I had to rot
But still I waited for you
I now know you were never coming back
My mind is out of whack
It seem that I will crack
All the sanity I lack
I don't need you anymore
But I visited you just to see how happy you were
Even though you forgot about me
I still think of all the things we used to be.
