I was once dead
But you
You took the life out of your soul
You put some of your soul into mineThe only problem was that I didn't know how to live
You guided me
You gave me the reigns
I looked at the sky above and saw two pathsI didn't know which path to take
You told me that I'm on my own now and vanished
You gave your whole soul to me
I went to the the leftI got to the left and I found you
Only this time you looked dead
Knowing I have fully lived and saw what I wanted to see
I took all my life away
And forced it back into you,
no matter how much you begged me not tooI realized you had a life and you willingly gave it away,
For someone to experience what others couldn't have
You need to keep that going
You will go farther than me
And when that happens don't forget me.
I'm still here.
