Whhhhhhhaaaaaaat? Why, what's happening, why am I the one to sing with BTS?
And why is backstage staff running up to me with a handheld microphone, and telling me to stand up?!
Ok, calm down and just stand up and continue singing. I hear my voice clearer with the mic in my hand, nearly kissing it.
Jimin looks me straight in the eyes and gives me a smile, Jin does a flying kiss towards me and Suga stares at me in surprise (wut?!He remembers me?!).
I sing the entire song, including all rap parts, apparently perfectly because Namjoon afterwards just looks like - why is a high school girl better than Suga at rapping?
The best face I've ever seen, well Jungkook's wasn't any less interesting XD.
Backstage staff come back to me to change the mic from handheld to headset, and drag me backstage.
Then there's an eerie silence when they finally see me up close and have a minute to talk to me o.o
They just stare at me, which makes me feel uncomfortable. Namjoon seems to notice and breaks contact and is the first one to talk.
OMG I'm seeing and talking to BTS right now like idk WOW I'm Jungshook.
"You can sing pretty well, and rap too. What's your name?"
"Y/N"
and I blush slightly, too shook right now to intensely blush or think.
"Y/N What are you trying to do~? Ruin us with your beautiful voice or what?" Says V and then showing me his so cuuute boxy smile.
"Y/N, we met the other day in my grandparents' supermarket."
"Wait, your grandparents? I thought you're from Daegu."
"I am but that doesn't matter much."
J Hope jumps into the conversation giving me a hug and bringing us back on topic - performing.
Jungkook just stands there trying to avoid eye contact (how cute ~) while they tell me that Not Today is next and that I'm taking center position (T^T dreams come true so fast).
It looks like they had to practice beforehand in case this happened on their MAMA stage, they look so organised.
They get changed into their Not Today outfits, while their stylists do last tweaks on me.
Surprisingly I'm wearing exactly the right clothing - black ripped jeans, a wine red bomber jacket, fitting converse, a black ringed cap and a YNWA shirt in black & white (totally Suga bias style >~<)
I take a last look in the mirror and am surprised at how pretty I look. When I get back to the boys they are a little amazed at how much I match their style.
"So that's what a true ARMY looks like before going on stage >~<" says Jimin to J Hope, and they all laugh.
Time seems to stop for me the moment I walk on stage. It's only been 3 minutes since I got backstage but so much has already happened.
Everyone waits in silence for the music to start, and then the first beat drops.
