Chapter 3 : New life

Weiss P.O.V.

My eyes started to flickered, but still unable to fully opened my eyes. I tried to recognize the surrounding by using other sense. I could heard only silenced and smell the scent of..medicine. Am I in hospital or what?

Well, it's true when I finally opened my eyes and glanced around the white room. Until I spotted someone at the window panel. I didn't care about that for this moment and shifted myself to sit , tried to reached the water bottle on the desk beside bed. Big mistake.

I groaned in pain when I tried to reached the bottle. My back started to hurt because of stretching. A pair of hand reached out the bottle and handed to me. I look up and saw a girl in red hoodie glared at me with her hand on her hips.

“You shouldn't move when you wake up. I'll call the nurse for you.” The girl spoke, then walked out the room. I slowly take the bottle, opened the lid and started to gulped down the liquid down my throat.

“Good morning, miss. How are you feeling today?” the door creacked opened, revealed an early 20's of woman in white uniform. She's holding clipboard in her arms. The girl in red followed her behind, and take a sit on the chair.

“So, my name is Jane. I'm your doctor for now.” that person in white uniform, who claimed herself as Jane, stand beside me and observed the blood bag hanging on a pole.

“Kindly tell me your name please.” she gave me friendly look, which makes my anxiety to cool down a bit. Maybe she's a good type of human. Wait, Human?!!

The realization hit me right there and now, which makes me flinched hard and scooted away from her, as much as her expression change to shocked, I think mine would probably worse.

“Hey, I-I don't mean to scared you or something. Uh” the doctor began to panicked, take a step backward. Literally I still clutching onto my legs.

“Why are you scared all of sudden?” I turned around my head and saw the girl in red is standing now, stared at me suspiciously. Her glared are intimidating, which makes me whined in silence as I dugged my head onto my knees and wrapped my knees.

The doctor are talking with that girl and I can't heard them since I'm busy with my thoughts, about escape from here, survive with humans, and so on.

“Miss, I wont hurt you or anything. I come here to treat your wounds and heal you. Just please, I need some details from you. That's all.” Jane spoked softly, which make me raised my head up, only noticing that the girl are nowhere to be seen.

I take a deep breaths and exhaled slowly. Bring my hand to my lap and crossed my legs. Jane are smiling now and grabbed a chair and sit beside me.

“Okay, are you comfortable now?” she began to asked.

I nodded slowly.

“Tell me your name first.” Jane said, clicking her pen and ready to write down any information from me.

I hesistated at first, but she's keep assuring me that she will not hurt me or anything.

“Weiss. Weiss Schnee.” I spoked softly. My voice still raspy due to my hurting throat.

“May I know how long I've been here?” I asked her, she stopped writing, with confused face. “You'd slept for two days now. Three days include the day before your friend brings you here. It's a good thing she brought you here since you lost so much blood.”

Friend?

“You mean that girl in red hoodie?” I tilted my head, since all of sudden she claimed that I had a friend.
