"Kurt, we've know San for all of high school and the 3 years she's lived with us. I've never seen her like this before." I say walking out Santana's room.

"Rach, you have to give it time for her to heal. Her and Dani basically went out for 2 years , of course she's going to be this heart broken." He tried to reason.

"When Santana dated Brittany she was never this broken, and they were together since practically 2nd grade."

Kurt stays silent for a while, "I know Rachel. But we can't just call Dani and say, 'Hey Dani, Santana hasn't came out of room for two weeks straight. Take her back please.' now can we ?"

"Yeah, we actually can." I pull out my phone and dial Dani's number.

She picks up on the second ring.

"Hello?" her voice sounded raspy.

"Dani! It's Rachel !"

"Rachel ? What's up ?"

"I need you to take Santana back." I don't beat around the bush and get to the point.

"W-why would I do that ?"

"Look Dani, I know you're super hurt, but the past two weeks Santana hasn't eaten , she hasn't left her room , I don't know how she's peeing or anything. I've never seen her like this Danielle. And I don't know what to do ?" I say in one breath.

Dani was silent for a second, "Rach ... I don't know what to tell you. I'm not ready to take her back, I probably never will. She cheated, and lied about it."

"Can you at least talk to her ?" I plead. Anything to get Santana out of her room.

"I can't Rachel. I'm sorry."

"You still love her right ?" I ask quietly .

"Of course I still love Santana, but it's complicated."

"Alright, I'll see you later at work. Thanks." I hung up.

"Hey Santana." I walk into her room again. She's awake, just laying there staring out her window.

"What'd she say ?" she asked barely above a whisper.

"Wha-"

"Dani, I know it was her you were on the phone with. What did she say ?" She continues to stare at the window.

"Santana ... She, um ... I-" she cuts me off again.

"She doesn't want me back." she knew.

"She still -"

"N-no," her voice cracks, "she hates me. I know she does, she said it herself. I wouldn't blame her for not loving me anymore... but I'm so in love with her Rachel. I need her back, I don't know what to do anymore."

This is like a sad lifetime movie, god.

"Maybe you should try fighting for her, I mean, it would show her you still love her. And sure, it might take a while for her to gain your trust back but you can't give up."

"She has, so I can too."

I sigh and leave the room.

I feel like ... I don't know, I feel a lot of things; I'm angry, heart broken, jealous. I feel like crawling into a dark deep hole and never coming out. I want to hide from the world.
