The Game Changer (A Magcon fanfic)

Chapter 1

Katy P.O.V.
I walked into the cafè and sat in my usual chair,but before I go on I should tell you how this all happened.
~2 years ago~
Nash and I were walking to school.
"I have a reputation to uphold and you better not mess this up." Nash threatened.
"But Hamilton I'm your twin." I said and looked down.
"My name is Nash not Hamilton." He said coldly.
"You don't care when I call you Hamilton at home." I retorted.
"Well at home noone knows I live with a frizzy haired freak who has braces and glasses like you." Nash said,his words like venom.
"Well if that's how you feel." I whispered.
"And here's for talking back." He snapped and smacked me. I winced from the pain as Nash ran off with his friends.
"Don't worry their usually like that." Someone said and walked up to me.
"Oh hey who are you?" I asked.
"Alexis,but you can call me Lexi." She said. She was wearing a beanie,jeans,and short sleeve shirt that said 'you cant sit with us' I was wearing a sweater with jeans that my Mom got me,no wonder Nash is embarrassed of a geek like me.
"I'm Katherine." I said and smiled warmly. Ever since that day Lexi and I were best friends,that is of course until one month later when they all joined the football team and started bullying us.
"Your hairs like a spider web!" Cam laughed and shoved me.
"And you dress like a guy." Carter laughed then hit Lexi.
"HEY!" I yelled.
"Oh look the little nerd knows how to talk." Nash laughed,yep he always pretended not to know me.
I glanced over and Shawn,Taylor and Matt were looking down resentfully everyone else was laughing and joining in on the taunting.
"You can make fun of me,but not Lexi please don't." I said quietly,I felt so small and alone.
"Fine dweeb but that means you get extra beatings." Jack G. Threatened.
"Run." I whispered to Lexi and she did.
"C'mon guys!" Nash said and they kept kicking me to the floor.
Finally they left for football practice. Skip ahead past all the taunting for a year. After breaking my arm I finally had enough and ran off.
~present time~
So here I am today waiting for my brother to show up.
"Hey." Hayes said and sat down (did you think it was nash?!).
"Hey. How's Mom and Dad and Sky?" I asked hopefully.
"Mom wants you to come home-"
"DID YOU TELL HER WHERE I AM?!" I asked.
"No,but she did send her usual money." Hayes said and handed me an envelope.
"Thanks Hayes. Now how is Sky and Mom and our stepdad and our dad!" I insisted.
"Sky is sassy as always,Mom is really happy with our stepdad,and Dad is Dad." I laughed,our Dad was pretty cool. That's where we all got our blue eyes from. I looked over and he frowned.
"You never ask about Nash." He said.
"Hayes I can never forgive Nash,not after all that he and his friends have done." I whisper yelled.
"Can't I tell them where you are? Please please please." Hayes pleaded.
"Hayes you know I can't do that." I whispered.
"Please Katherine." He said.
"It's Katy. Remember Hayes. Noone can know. You call me Katy Williams and that's it." I said threateningly.
"Fine." He mumbled.
"Not like they'd recognize you anyways." Hayes laughed. Yep,I finally got contacts and found a way to make my hair less frizzy,and of course my braces came off.
"I'm just to fabulous. Plus Hayes I never want to see them." I said coldly.
"Please Katy they've changed." He pleaded.
"Doubt it. Plus if you tell them you saw me I'll tell them what you did." I whispered.
"Fine." He muttered and answered the phone.
"Yeah Shawn....meet me here? Uh that's not a good idea. No no don't come to the cafè where are you? Oh I'll come to you. Ok bye." Hayes said while on the phone."got to go meet Shawn."
"Of course." I mumbled.
"See ya big sis." He said and gave me a hug,and kiss on the cheek. I let it slide this time that he called me big sis.
I got up and rode my pennyboard home.
The only good thing is after I left school they stopped bullying people. As far as Hayes has told me,but I don't know what exactly gave them a change in heart,if they did change at all.
"Hey!" JC greeted me at the door. Yeah,Hayes wanted me to atleast live with someone he knew.
"Hey any mail for me?" I asked.
"Yeah something from some guy named Bart." He mumbled.
"OOO LETS SEE!" I yelled and ran like a little kid on christmas to get my package.
"Slow down little tyke don't forget you have to do internet school!" He said. Yep that's basically my life. Living with JC makes it a bit fun though.
"Can't I open it first!" I whined.
"Oh fine." He gave in with a laugh.
