Lexi
I stood in the washroom, in front of the mirror, one sleeve raised, it was tempting but I couldn't.
"No, I can't do this, I'm not like Katy, I'm not, Carter is alive, I need to see him, I just can't, no I can't and I won't" I muttered to myself.
"Lexi?" said Matt, he opened the door to the washroom.
"Lexi" he said.
"I'm not gonna do it Matt, no I promise I won't" I muttered, he hugged me.
"Its okay Lexi, its okay" he said.
"What if its not Matt?" I said.
"Lexi, listen to me, Carter wouldn't want you to lock yourself away from the world, he would want you to still be that girl you were before all of this happened" he said.
"But Matt! its been a year and Alexa has said nothing!!!" I said.
"I know, but you need to have faith that Carter is still out there" he said.
"I know what your doing Matt, your not assuring me, your assuring us both, not even you have faith I bet" he said.
"Lexi" he said.
"I'm okay, okay?" I said.
"Well, in that case, would it bother u if we went to go visit, Jenn and Andrea?" he asked.
"I don't know" I said, he frowned.
"You need to get back to normal Lexi, not even one sarcastic comment?" he said and I shrugged.
"So, is it okay if we go?" Matt said.
"Sure" I said and he grinned.
"Yay! lets go!" he said and he pushed me out of the apartment and to his car.
"Jenn!" said Matt once we made it somewhere.
"Matt! hey glad you could visit" she said.
"Yeah, me too" he said.
"Are you here alone?" She asked.
"No actually, but I bet the person that Im here with will make you really happy" he said and opened the passenger door for me, I stepped out, my hood up.
"Hey Jenn" I said quietly.
"Lexi? OMG! LEXI!" she said and hugged me tightly, I hugged her back.
"How are you?" She asked.
"Meh" I said.
"Matt, what's wrong with her?" she asked.
"She's taken Carter's-" I cut him off by shaking my head.
"He didn't disappear okay? he could be dead, he's been gone for a year" I said.
"Oh Lexi" she said and hugged me.
"Do you want to come inside?" she asked, I shrugged.
"Okay, lets just go" she said and we went inside, her and Matt in front while I stood far in the back, I tired to fake a smile and be happy, it was to hard.
"She's depressed" said Matt.
"Oh Lexi....it must have been a rough year for you" she said.
"If only you knew" I said.
"Did you say something Lexi?" she said, I shook my head no.
Carter Reynolds
"Alexa, please!" I said.
"No Carter! they must suffer!" she said.
"But, hasn't Lexi suffered enough?" I asked.
"Yeah, with paranoia and depression" she said.
"Come on please" I said.
"UGH! JACK G!!!" she yelled and he ran in.
"Bring him back to his room" she said and Jack grabbed me.
"I can't believe you Jack" I said kicking and thrashing.
"I'm sorry Carter" he said.
"If you were sorry you would have left when Jack left" that shut him up and I stopped struggling.
