Chapter 19

Katy P.O.V.
*earlier*
"You shouldn't cry,you're too pretty for that." Nash said and wiped my tears with his sleeve.
"Thank you." I said quietly.
"Whats wrong your still sad." Nash said.
"You aren't mad?" I asked.
"Why would I be mad." He laughed.
"Cameron." I said and looked down,but he pulled my chin up forcing me to look up at him.
"Look if you like Cameron,go for it. Cameron's my best friend and I trust him. Just don't steal him from me." Nash said,I nodded. I knew how it felt to have your best friend taken from you.
"Nash I'm lazy." I said and sat down.
"Well missy what do you want me to do about it?" He chuckled at me.
"Carry me!" I said and he did,it was just like nothing happened at all.

Lexi had just ran out of the room with Sam so I was about to chase after her when someone grabbed onto my wrist.
"Oh hey Cameron." I said as I turned around.
"Hey Katy can we talk?" He asked.
"One sec I have to talk to Mahogany." I said. He nodded and I walked to her.
"hey girl this is Jacob my boyfriend!" She said and gave him a kiss.
"JOX JOX JOX!" I yelled and he laughed.
"You're Katy right?" He asked and I nodded.
"Mahogany said you liked to sing. We should duet sometime." He said.
"I really can't sing that good." I laughed.
"NONSENSE!" Mahogany yelled.
"Sing me a bar." Jacob said.
"What like a candy bar?" I asked.
"Someones got sass." Mahogany laughed.
"We should get the queen of sass over here." Jacob said.
"HEY MATTHEW SASSPINOSA GET OVER HERE!" Mahogany yelled and I took that as my cue to leave.
"Hey can I talk to you now?" Cameron laughed as he caught up with me.
"Oh sure!" I smiled and he grinned. His long hair was kinda cute to be honest.
"I need help with something." He said shyly.
"Sure anything." I answered,I really didn't know what he was getting at.
"So there's this girl I like and I need help how do I tell her I like her?" Cameron asked. Oh great,he probably likes one of those skinny blondes who were all over him today.
"Just say it to her." I groaned,really I thought i'd be good friends with Cam but no way can I if he has a girlfriend.
"Okay will you go out with me Katherine?" He asked. Wait what?
"What?" I asked confusedly.
"Katherine Elizabeth Grier will you go out with me?" He asked I was both shocked and happy. Noone's called me my real name in so long it just felt....right.
"YES OF COURSE!" I screeched,but now I sounded desperate and stuff. He laughed and gave me a small kiss,my first one actually. Everything just felt,right.
Mahogany P.O.V.
"I swear she can sing I heard her sing last night,quietly." I said,I sounded like a stalking.
"If you say so." Jacob laughed.
"Whatchu want me here for?" Matt asked.
"Matt what if we called you Matt Asspinosa because you say you can't twerk but you can." I said.
"What the heck?" Matt laughed.
"Thats like calling Cameron,Cameron Datass tho." Jacob said.
"Whatever I'm going to check on Lexi now." I said and Jacob kissed me goodbye. I quickly found her,alone.
"Hey are you okay?" I asked.
"Yeah I'm good." She said,I couldn't tell if she was sad or happy.
"You sad or happy?" I asked and she laughed.
"Happy." She said.
"But the....incident." I said,I remembered not to mention carters name directly.
"He's a jerk. Plus i'm happy Sam asked me out!" She said.
"OMG GIRL SEXI IS A THING NOW!" I cheered.
"We could go by Lam." Lexi said.
"That's not as cool as Sexi." I smirked.
"You want me to talk to him?" I asked.
"Who?"
"Carter." I said.
"No he's a jerk. I don't need him when I have friends like you,Katy,and O2L." She said and I smiled then gave her a hug.
"Your the best you know that right?" I asked,this was like the coolest girl ever.
"Yeah whatever can we stop being sappy and go have a girls day or something?" She asked.
"Whatever floats your boat." I said.
"I'll get Katy." She answered and walked off.
