Four days.
Four days of waiting to see the bastards who almost killed Lucy again.
During those four days, Erza kept a close eye on me, making sure I wouldn't go and do something she'd regret letting me do.
Worlds were different, I kept telling myself.
Murder wasn't always the answer.
...
The HELL it wasn't!
"Okay, but what if I just paid them a harmless visit?" I tried, earning a raised eyebrow. I huffed, crossing my arms. "I'll even leave the weapons at home!"
Erza sighed but stayed silent.
"I'll literally tear my arms off and leave them here if that would convince you!" I wailed, hearing Natsu choke on whatever he was eating.
"You can do that?" he asked through gulps of water, and I shrugged.
"Honestly? I don't know, but I figure it won't hurt to try. Or, well... it would hurt, but I wouldn't die!" I replied, turning back to Erza as I neared the end, giving her puppy dog eyes.
"She rolled her eyes and stood, shoving my face away from hers and not even looking back as my face met stone floors.
Gray snickered.
"Nobody is going anywhere. We stay here, we train, and we get back at them in the most legal way possible so nobody can ever say anything bad about us, Lucy, or the entire Guild!" she declared.
Okay, she did make sense and made it sound pretty cool.
"But I wanna puuuuunch!" I whined quietly, shutting up as she turned to give me a Look.
It was eerily similar to Sasuke Stare no. 37.
I puffed my cheeks and quieted down.
Turning back to the other, Erza continued her battle plan.
I, meanwhile, wrinkle my nose.
Fine, I'd play nice, for now.
But when the time comes?
They'd regret ever hearing the name 'Kuroi'.

"Guys, guys! I- whoa." But of course. When I'm about to tell everyone my big news, things happen.
No.
Okay, no.
I'm a spoiled brat and I demand to be treated as such.
'I don't understand why you dislike selfish people, considering you're one of them.'
Shh, Lucifer.
"Could, uh, could everyone just wait a moment, I wanna, uh, show you someth-" I narrowed my eyes as Natsu and some dude from the guild squared up against two others from another guild in the middle of the arena.
Was this a match, or was this just a thing that happened?
I leaned towards a pissed-off Erza.
"Hey, can I interrupt this, or..?" I asked. She waved me off with a "yeah, sure, go ahead", eyes narrowed at the arena, but then she blinked.
"Wait, no, it's their match." She corrected, and I 'ahh'ed, nodding.
"How long will- oh. Okay." I blinked at the dudes they were fighting and made a sound of appreciation. Guys had some mad magic skills going on.
