Might I quickly point out that I don't agree with the fact that Edith and Coke Jim fucked after like... 2 days of knowing eachother! Rarely do I ever make any ships in fics to fuck immediately. XD. But because they both strike me as the kinda people to do this, of course!
I also know how over the top cliche it is to have a womanizer/ insert dude who fucks a lot of women to find one girl special for some retarded reason. so forgive me if I havent changed this yet in my story, but idk if Jimmy would exactly fall for Edith just yet. Tbh, though, Jimmy really only found her entertaining to be around without the sexies. Wanna know why??!! Because they both act like fucking idiots! XD (specifically, Coke Jim). He really thinks of her as an attractive friend so far.
Especially since he suddenly discovered... you know, that she's a member of the Sawyers, I wanna say he finds her fascinating. No "omg u so special I wanna marry you" on the spot bullshit. More of a 'let's take a look inside your head, yeah?' Kinda thing. Since he doesn't seem to mind his clones getting killed, and with the way he lets his clones explore the world, he probably would be interested in trying to dive into the mind of a fuck nugget. I don't think if would be ooc for him to do that.
But to those who actually adore this ship, don't worry, he actually does fall in love with her! I can see him falling in love at most, but idk if he would be willing to stay by her side.
Ik this sounds extremely retarded, but hear me out: I'm not sure if Edith would really be that mentally unstable. Yeah, she definitely has had human meat before, and isn't always very hesitant on killing, but with not much of a traumatic backstory that I can think of, idk of her past has truly mentally effected her much. This doesn't mean that she's a flawless little snowflake, she's very whacky like chop top and snorts nail polish for fuck sake! I mean... there has been people out there who had EXTREMELY ABUSIVE CHILDHOODS and... though, traumatized, probably not very effected? By this?
