Okay, so I have always enjoyed spooky shit. My love for this kinda originated from creepypasta sadly XD. I still enjoy some of creepypasta despite most of the people of the fandom being really fucking stupid. Now when it comes to slasher films and franchises, most of the fans seem decent. This doesn't exactly mean that I never encountered some hilariously cringey shit, but I'm not gunna let some stupid assholes ruin my love for a franchise.
I get that the majority of wattpad users are young and mostly new with writing and fandom shit. And that's okay. There's nothing wrong with exploring and experimenting with making stories. But for anyone who wants to learn to improve on how to make better and more realistic stories, lemme try to help you readers out 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻.
Accuracy
So what I notice in some slasher x reader fanfics is when the author admits that they haven't watched the movies.
Well... personally, I think that writing a fanfic without watching at least one movie would be pointless as fuck. Watching at least one caaaaan count, but if you haven't seen them all, it's time to do some research!
I get it, you probably are unable to/ aren't allowed to watch the movies at all/yet.Watching a movie or not, even if you watched them all, it's always important to take notes on some facts about the stories and characters. I don't care if it is an alternate universe or not, it's still pretty important!
Keep in mind that some of these slasher stories could have different adaptations/story timelines. Make sure to pay close attention to the differences. Or, if you are like me, make your own adaptation/timeline where they stories are kinda combined. Idk.
Out of character issues
Now this is where I talk more about romance fanfics and insert slasher x reader shit.
Something that tends to piss me off is when the slashers are really out of character. They tend to get retardedly over romanticized that it gets a bit annoying. In most cases, they take one look at the character and are automatically in love with them. Kid, that is not always how romance works, especially with psychotic characters that fucking murder people for a living!
Yes, psychopaths can fall in love, it can happen, but guys, THEY ARE FUCKING PSYCHOPATHS! Mentally ill people that tend to have bloodshed on their mind.
These guys have murdered people that they probably found pretty and matched their preferences. They aren't gunna take one look at you and be like "wow, a pretty person. In love with you now. Let's have sex and make babies."
These mother fuckers, even if they did take a liking to you (or were beginning to) they are not gunna ask you to marry them on the fucking spot. Everyone has fucking personal walls that can take time to break. These mother fuckers need to be really comfortable around a person they have feelings for to ever confess that kinds shit. These guys are heavily likely to never confess anything at all because they would probably be too busy murdering some cunts.
Build up their relationships through conversation and stuff. It's really not a difficult task, it just might be kinda long because they are fuckiiiiiinggggg slaaaaaashers and stuff!
But you should also think about all the flaws in the relationships. No fucking relationship is perfect. Get that Romeo x Juliet/twilight shit outta my face!
Do not ever over romanticize these characters to the point where they are no longer these scary ass dudes because that will piss a lot of fans off. Even me. Over Romanticizing these characters are really going to ruin their purpose in horror films.
Sorry kid, this isn't teen titans go. Oh boy did they fuck up those characters.

Bunch of story stuff that will consist of metal gear and knuckles
De TodoHonestly this is just short and maybe poorly made stories while everyone waits on my Vemodalen chapters. There might be more than metal gear. Idk. There might be smut/lemon warnings, so just skip if you don't like. I have hope that this will help me...
