"Before anything, I don't want to date or do anything what couples do yet. I want to get to know you more," I said. Matt frowned. "Why?" he asked. "Well for one, I know you make vines with all the guys and stuff, but not 'Matt Espinosa from the Magcon Boys oh god he's perfect and all the velociraptor-gorilla-monkey-dinosaur noises he makes' no. I want to get to know the real you, who you really are. You know what I mean?" I asked. He nodded slowly. "Okay." He paused. "Did you just call me perfect?" He laughed. I blushed. I admitted that, oops. "Ah, well I guess, yeah." I grinned, and kept walking. We weren't technically dating, but more than friends, I guess. I don't know. It was weird. We exchanged numbers during dinner and stuff. I sighed. My phone then rang. I picked it up. "Hello?" I said. "ARIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!" "Frankie, oh my gosh, hey!" Frankie was my half brother. He was amazing and the best brother you could have. "Where are you?" I asked. "I'm down in South Africa teaching kids to dance and help them out! You?" I smiled and sighed. "Up in Santa Cruz, hanging with a new friend. I had to shoot a video earlier, but I'm done." "That's great Ari. I'm so proud of you. I'll be with you through thick and thin, but right now I gotta go. I called to see what you're doing. We're going to eat dinner over here soon. Love you! I'm coming back tomorrow night. Bye." "Bye, love you too." I hang up and look at my feet. "Who was that?" Matt asked. I grinned. "My brother." "Oh, cool." He shoved his hands into his front pockets of his shorts.

The Next Day

I wake up in my room, stretching. I yawn, and sit up. I was back from Santa Cruz and came back home at 11 pm. I was exhausted. I turn on my phone. 2 NEW MESSAGES. I unlock my phone and check my texts. "Hey, it's Matt. Did I wake you up?" It said. I shake my head and smile. "No, I just woke up. My phone was off anyways. ☺️" I tap back and there's a text from Cameron. My heart skips a beat. "Hi.😘 Do you have time to hang out today? 😚" I was about to respond when I got a text from Matt. "Okay, cool😊 I was wondering if you can come over to my house, maybe we can hang out." I text back quickly. "Sorry, but I'm not really sure. I have another friend I was going to plan to see today. I have to text him. Give me a second💕" I go back to Cameron's text. "It depends, I have another invite pending😂 What did you have in mind?" "I was going to invite all the guys and Mahogany to my place to have a party and stuff. Is that okay?" "Can you tell me who's going to be there?😚" He texts back. "Me, Nash, Hayes, Shawn, Matt, Mahogany, Carter, Jack and Jack😂, Taylor, Jacob and Aaron." My eyes widen. Matt was going to be there. I was going to see him. But I couldn't. I groaned and kicked a pillow off my bed and stuffed my hands into my face and clenched my teeth. "UGGGGHHHHHH!!" Why did Matt have to be there? I was going to act stupid! I liked Cameron a lot, and I was hoping, just hoping, that I could get alone with him. But Matt liked me, and he'd probably try to get alone with me. I sat up and replied to Matt. "Okay," it said before. "Um, you know Cameron, right? Well, he said that you'd be there, so I guess we can just go meet there and hang out and stuff." "Okay, see you there. I think it starts at 1." I look at the clock. It was 10:30 am. I lie back down and sigh, snuggling against my pillows and covers. Toulouse jumps on the bed and licks my face. I giggle and pet Toulouse, and close my eyes for a second. I get up and brush my teeth and wash my face and get ready. I grab a blue bikini and a towel and some extra clothes. I slip out of my pajamas and put on a white strapless dress and sandals. I put on light makeup and slip on my sunglasses, grab my purse and phone, and walk out the door.
