I knock on the door, nervously. I step back and tuck a strand of hair behind my ear. I had pulled myself together and cleaned up before coming here. I had the phone case with the collage of Cameron and I.
The door opened.
"Ariana?" Carter said surprised. "Happy birthday, come in, hi." I smiled a little. "Hi, Thanks, Carter. Where's Cameron?" Carter scratched his head. "Didn't Matt tell you? He moved to Florida to get you off his mind. He told Matt to deliver the stuff, then left for the airport." I groaned angrily. How could he leave like this? I smoothed out my clothes and sighed. "Where in Florida?" I asked. "Boca Raton. He gave me the address, I can give it to you. He already bought the house and he just had to pack and leave." I nodded. "Please. Thank you so much, Carter." he smiled and nodded. "Welcome." he walked upstairs and came back down, bringing a sheet of paper. "By chance," I asked, "did he ever change his number?" He shook his head. "I don't think so." I nodded. "Thanks." I kissed his cheek and walked out the door.

I went to the party, all smiles and laughter. I had a good time, but it was time to leave the next day. I packed clothes, makeup, and body care creams. I said bye to my mom and Frankie, then walked out the door.

I asked the taxi driver to take me to a hotel, then to Cameron's new house. He drove me there and I got my room key, dropped my stuff off, and got back in the taxi. The houses were beautiful. I was back in my hometown. I thanked the man and paid him. I got out and held the sheet of paper. I looked at the house and looked at the sheet of paper again. It was the right address. I sighed and knocked on the door. A minute later Cameron answers the door. "A-Ariana?" he said, stunned. He looked perfect. Before I could say anything, I threw myself into his arms, hugging him tightly and starting to cry. I was glad to see him. After a minute he put an arm around me and pulled me inside. He shut the door and carried me to the couch. I sobbed harder into his shirt. "Shhh, it's okay. I miss you, too. I love you, too." I sniffled and kissed his lips. His hands went up my arms. I shivered. I don't care, I'm with him. I pulled back and buried my face into his chest. He rubbed my back, kissing my head. After a whole hour of collapsing and a horrible breakdown, I was okay. My eyes were red. I stared at his facial expression. He seemed sad, depressed, happy and relieved at the same time. "I've been thinking about you forever and I--I've missed you," I managed to croak out. My throat felt tight and clogged up. "I've missed and loved you way more than you'll ever know." He said, clutching my hand. "I believe you, Cam. I'm sorry I was being stubborn. I didn't listen to you and ignored you, when I should've done the opposite. I should've listened. I love you." I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed his lips. He pulled me in closer to him, and he leaned closer to me. "Thank you, Ari. It's okay, I understand. You didn't know, I should've said that I was going to the mall because I was going to run errands. I went to the mall that day to finish up for the scrapbook collection. I love you lots, babe. I know you're sensitive sometimes, but you're tough. I love you." He kissed my lips softly and kissed my neck. I inhaled his fresh scent of cotton and axe, before falling asleep.
