"But how? He's a man! It's impossible!" Hide stutters.
"Okay. Let me explain. There is a rare condition where the male has female reproductive organs even though there is no vaginal opening. So the uterus is connected to the anal canal, therefore even though Kaneki has a male sex organ he can get pregnant through anal sex." She concludes, leaving me and Hide bewildered.
"I'll leave you two alone for a bit, Kaneki, you'll experience morning sickness for a week or two." And with that, she briskly walked out of the doctor office.
