Thirteen 》 The party begins

Hae Soo's POV:
The smell of alcohol and sweat filled the air as we walked into the house, seeing a mass of drunk, dancing people everywhere we looked. I looked to Hye Gin as she continued to pull me further and further into the wild crowd while she seemed to pay no mind to the other people in the room, it was as if she was already use to these kinds of situations. I guessed that her new friends had dragged her along to quite a few parties lately since that was pretty much all they did rather than actually focus on their school work. I mean why would someone pay that much money just to waste it on partying? Then again they probably just used all of daddy's money to get here in the first place. "Here, take a sip" Hye Gin said, pulling me out of my thoughts as she held a red solo cup, filled with some red-brown substance, towards me. I hesitated at first, not really being much of a drinker but I finally decided that I really didn't have much to lose. I took the cup from her hand and chugged the drink down as quick as I could, earning a gasp from her.

"Here take another" she said, handing me another cup with the same drink in it, I took it a bit slower this time, trying not to down it all at once and saving a bit as she began dragging me towards somewhere else amongst the crowd of people again. A look of disgust was evident on my face as I saw Lee Mi Na and her group ahead of us, waving Hye Gin and I in their direction as they all held the same cups in their hands. Part of me wanted to run away and hide amongst the random people in the crowd but my will to do that was overcome by the amount of alcohol I had drank moments before, numbing my sense and causing me to not give a fuck anymore.  "Hae Soo-ah!!" Mi Na called in a drunken manner but seeming oddly friendly for once as she raised her cup towards me. "I see you got her to show up Hye Gin-ah" Yu Na said as she smiled. "Yeah, she is a bit stubborn but I finally got her to agree to come" she said as she took a sip of her drink again. "Yah, that was only cause you didn't tell me it was an NCT frat party" I said as I slurred my words a bit, earning a laugh from Hye Gin and the other girls. "I see you don't drink that often" A Ra said in a drunken tone. "Yeah, not really, I usually don't go to parties either unless it is like a birthday party or something" I said as I took another sip. They laughed as if it was the funniest thing that had ever heard. I laughed along fakely as if I had meant it as a joke but I really had no idea what was going on.

"Hey, Hae Soo-ah, there is actually a game going on right now upstairs if you want to check it out. I heard it is really fun." Mi Na said as she smiled. I thought about it for a second before I turned and started walking towards the stairs in a drunken stagger as Hye Gin and the other girls followed behind me. "It is right down there and to the left" Hye Gin said as she sighed. I wondered slightly why she sighed when she spoke but I was too loopy to worry about anything at this point. I wanted to forget all of my worries for once and just have fun tonight.

I walked slowly to the door at the end of the dimly lit hallway and to the left until I saw the door which was slightly opened so I helped myself and walked right in, not even caring to knock. I stopped in my tracks and squinted my eyes as I realized there were familiar faces in the room, the frat boys and among them was Dong Sicheng. "We found another person to play" Hye Gin said as she grabbed my arm while the boys stared at me. She lead me over to a seat between her and Taeyong, which was instantly awkward but at the same time, I didn't give a fuck. "Alright so the game is 'Seven Minutes in Heaven' so if you are chosen, you and the person who spun the bottle must go into the closet, alone for seven minutes and maybe some kissing might go on basically. But since we don't have a closet in this room, you will have to go in the room across the hall." Taeyong said as he put the bottle in the center of the circle. The other girls sat in the circle as well as Taeyong spoke again.

"Yuta, how about you go first?" He said as he was uncomfortably close to me, alcohol on his breath but then again, we were all like that, drunken and thoughtless college students. "Alright man" Yuta said as he leaned across the circle and gave Taeyong a quick, what I assumed was their bro hand shake before reaching for the bottle. He spun it quickly, a smirk already growing on his face. It landed on Yuna who was right beside him, blushing like crazy as his smirk grew bigger. He didn't even hesitate as he stood up and picked her up quickly before carrying her to the room across the hall. As the others snuck across the hall, ears pressed to the door to hear what was going on in the room, I was left to myself until I looked up and saw Sicheng staring at me. My eyes widened as I realized he was in the room with me. His gaze never fell as he spoke sternly "What are you doing here Hae Soo?"
