Hae Soo's POV:

"So how did things go with you and Sicheng?" Hye Gin asked as we walked down the sidewalk. "Ummmm, good I guess" I said as I blushed, thinking of him. "Why does everyone want to know about me and Sicheng so much?" I said, cutting off what she was about to say. She continued to walk as I followed closely beside her, awaiting her answer. "No reason, it is just different seeing you with a guy, you are always so anti social and focused on school, no offense." She said before smiling lightly at me. "None taken, you aren't wrong, but I think all of that alcohol had something to do with how things went tonight but oh well." I said, slurring my words as I stumbled a bit before she caught my arm and helped me walk.

She had had a lot less to drink than I had so she was more stable and aware of her surroundings than me. I was usually the one who didn't drink much of the two of us but for some reason, tonight, I just didn't care. I was tired of being seen as some goody two shoes who only cares about studying. I wanted to show everyone that I, Kim Hae Soo, could party too every once in a while. I slurred my words, not really knowing exactly what I was saying as it probably made no sense whatsoever, as we made it back to our apartment building. We walked through the doors as she was still helping me due to me barely being able to walk. I looked over to see Mark Lee who looked instantly panicked as he ran in my direction. "Hae Soo-ah!" He yelled as he got closer.

"What happened to her?" He asked Hye Gin as he tried to grab my face to make me look at him before Hye Gin swatted his hands away. "She just got drunk is all, get out of here nerd." She said in a rude tone, making me kind of upset. "Yah! Mark isn't a nerd, he is pretty cool, don't be rude." I said as I smacked her in the arm and earned a small smile from Mark. "Thanks Hae Soo" he said as he blushed slightly. I winked at him, no longer being able to control my actions as Hye Gin dragged me away from him and to the elevator so we could go to our floor of the building.

The ride seemed to last hours before we finally stopped at our floor and walked to our room at the end of the dimly lit hallway. "Hae Soo, do us all a favor and never get drunk again yeah?" Hye Gin said as she turned the key in the knob and quickly opened the door before leading me to my room and putting me on the bed. "With how drunk you are, you might as well stay home the whole weekend because you are going to have a massive hangover." Hye Gin said as she took my shoes off before putting my cover on me and leaving the room quickly. I heard her phone go off and watched through the little crack in the door where she had left it open a little. I listened closely, feeling really nosy until I started to see stars. My eyes slowly closed shut as I drifted off into a much needed sleep.

The weekend dragged on slowly as I laid around, feeling sick. I didn't recollect much of what had happened at the party but hopefully I would remember soon. I had a strange feeling that something had happened but I didn't know what. As I thought of it, my lips began to tingle for some unknown reason but I had no idea why so I didn't pay much attention to it and laid back down, covering myself up and hiding myself from the world.

It was now Monday and I dreaded going back to class but I had no other choice cause I wanted to keep my grades up. I dragged myself out of the bed that I had been in the whole weekend and took a shower, washing the weekend away, wanting to forget the whole thing. Afterwards, I brushed my teeth and hair and applied my makeup before putting on a random outfit I managed to put together. It was a light grey sweater and some black leggings and I figured it was good enough so I quickly put on some grey vans to go with it before grabbing my backpack, ready to head to school. I walked out the door to my room and found that Hye Gin had already left without me. I sighed but went towards the door to leave before stopping, seeing a small note placed on the table. I walked over to it and picked it up, wanting to see why she had left a note. It read 'Hae Soo, I had a club meeting early this morning so I left already, sorry I couldn't walk with you. -Hye Gin'

I smiled at the note before putting it back on the table. I walked out of the room and towards the elevator when suddenly I realized that to my knowledge, Hye Gin wasn't in any clubs at school. Maybe she had just joined one recently and forgot to tell me about it. I shrugged it off and continued on my way to school.

I walked the sidewalks of the university that I had walked down many times a week but for some reason, this time felt different. I felt like everyone's eyes were on me. I looked around as I saw people staring and whispering to each other as some laughed. I looked to see if maybe they were looking at someone who was around me but found no one, it was definitely me they were staring at and gossiping about. But why? I wasn't exactly the topic of conversation around here but accidentally today was a different story.

Hey guys, hope you liked the chapter! Thanks so much for reading. ~-winney-
